This locations had no one to give me a receipt for my purchases.The staff were slow, not trained.Trucks were parked very inconveniently. Very hard to get them in/out. No help in doing so.I was charged 50$ cleaning fee for a truck that I cleaned manually before delivery.The equipment was returned cleaner than it was handed out

Rented a truck from here and received my bill a few hours later with a fuel surcharge that was unwarranted. I phoned the office numerous times and they kept saying they would refund but never did. Make sure if you rent from here you document everything pick up and drop off.

I never leave bad reviews, but this was truly the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. We specifically booked the 24/7 U-Haul service so that we could pick up/drop off the moving van in the early evening from this location. However, when we got here to pick up the van, the online platform did not let us go through the online Self-Pick-Up" process

Worst u-haul experience. I was in the office for an hour, only to be told that the system is down and to head to the U-Haul pape location.Avoid at all cost

Do not rent an after-hours U-Haul here. The system was awful and barely worked. Guy told me to go through the complete check-in and lie that I had confirmed gas levels, since I still hadn't gotten the key. Then he didn't believe me when I said I didn't get a key code after check in. Then he tried to tell me that I must be having problems because I've never rented from U-Haul before (I've rented probably a dozen times), and told me to call uhaul corporate to get things sorted out.Complete mess. Would never, ever rent from this location again. Awful.

Awful customer service at this location, just awful. We placed and paid for an order through uhaul.com to be picked up at this location. After receiving a confirmation email, we arrived to pick up the order only to be told by the proprietor that he didn’t have it in his system. We produced the receipt and order number and he still said the order was not in his system. He offered no attempt to find a solution, so we called U-Haul confirming the order once again, to tell them how we were treated unsatisfactorily, and asked for a refund. We won’t be seeking the services of this business, nor U-Haul, again.
