We were there for less than 1 hour, which is great. I already suspected strep throat, and the need for antibiotics, so I appreciated how fast the test was done and antibiotics were provided. The Doc and Pharmacist were very nice. It's a good option to have online doctor consultation for small things that pretty obvious, and that's why we went there. I'm not sure I'd like to have an online doctor appointment for other things that could be misdiagnosed if not seen in person :)....However, I'd go there again.

Great idea , worst service!Long story short , do not use this system. Overall experience is terrible. 1 out of 5 stars is just the politeness and fast prescription to Dr. Daniel Pannozzo. Otherwise I would give 0 star to the clinic .It is very convenient as an idea at first sight.We need to represcribe my wife’s drug , instead of going to walk-in clinic , have an appointment and no waiting time , right?Absolutely NO!They do not call you on the appointment time. Later they say they could not complete the patients on the previous time window yet!It is almost impossible to have support! They do not pick up phone , online chat is a pain. I waited over 3 hours on chat just to have some support for my inquiry.First they marked my appointment as called, which they did not .I tried to reach them to tell they did not call us. They did not pick up the phone , they were super slow to respond and chat took over 3 hours.They called me at 3 pm for 10 am appointment, and it was smooth afterwards. My prescription faxed to my pharmacy super fast .I will never use their system!I do not recommend you to use this system. Going to physical walk in clinic way convenient to use MD Connected.

I've used this service a couple of times now. Both experiences were pleasant. There is a wait. Though I prefer the comfort of my home, office or running errands- so it balances out. Doctors are generally busy. So I expect the same when online. I much prefer to pay the $50 then go to a walk-in clinic and be surrounded by germs. The doctors and nursing staff are extremely helpful and mindful of their patients. I appreciate the existence of the service and quality of care given by all. Thank you MD for your magnificent service!

I found the service excellent. I dropped by the Guardian Drug store on the way to look after my elderly Mother. The Pharmacist said it would be an hour wait, however within 30 minutes I had seen the Doctor . The Doctor was very reassuring and answered my questions willingly. The Pharmacy was out of the prescription I needed. They suggested a place nearby that was able to fill it in minutes and I was able to get to my Mum on time.

The Dr was very helpful and understanding and sent a script right away to my pharmacy. The down side was I got a call saying I was close to being looked after and it was two hours later when the Dr got in touch. That was after contacting them and asking if I had been lost in the queue. It's a busy time of year, though, so I was just thankful for this service. I will definitely use it again if needed.

Absolute scam for Ontario patients, they do not care for your health just your ability to spend $.It is 50$ to book an appointment and then you have to pay an additional $50 to book a separate appointment just to hear the results from whatever they referred you to.I had a consultation + bloodwork + ultrasound and it would cost 150$.I've reached out to them THREE times asking they send the results to my new gynecologist and they won't respond.Expect to wait over 2+ hours from your scheduled appointment time and they communicate via chat, which half the time isn't working.Do yourself a favor and find literally any other medical service than MD Connected.

Had a very attentive Dr who suggested a follow up after our initial visit. Made me feel like she was genuinely concerned and wanted to ensure results of the medication that was prescribed.

The Nurse and Doctor were excellent. The technology of the virtual appointment however was not great. The Doctor initially had issues connecting to the video call, and then when she was able to connect, the audio was consistent with that of being inside a wind tunnel. The staff eventually settled on using Google Meet in order for me to speak with her. Otherwise, a great service.

I have used the service at a pharmacy on Beechwood, in Ottawa.The doctor was fantastic and provided me with a prescription to fix my issue, as well as a lab request for a test that will determine the severity of my ailment. He was professional, courteous, and a great communicator. I highly recommend this service.

Spent 50$ to talk with a doctor online. They said I had to go get a test, alright, I'll go get the test. They said they'd send me an email with the forms for the test I had to get, they never arrived. They didn't check with me to see if they arrived and almost immediately ended the chat. Now I've been stuck attempting to call customer support and trying to contact them to get my form, and no one is answering. Not on the website, not as per phonecall. I can't believe I spent 50$ just to get absolutely shafted when in the past I spent absolutely nothing to get amazing care from Tia health, but unfortunately they weren't available right now.
