Slower than a snail! I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes with no movement. Went inside and it was just as bad. No incentive to expedite an order. How long does it take to get a coffee? Not 20 minutes! Brutal!

Very very slow! I gave 2 stars because of foods order was fast. The drinks were 30 minutes slow until I asked if they forgot the drinks.

Should I just appreciate there is Starbucks in Bracebridge? I like inside atmosphere. Clean and cozy. I just don’t understand the closing time. They closed at 7pm. Maybe they don’t have employees to work till late?? I understand for winter, normally quiet by 7pm in this area. But for Summer? Lots of tourist pass by. Close at 7 doesn’t make sense. I wish they close at least 9 for summer. Anyways by 6:30pm, staff started to clean up and put all the chairs up to tables. They didn’t say anything but I had to leave even earlier than closing time. Again, maybe I just need to appreciate we have Starbucks here.

Coffees taste good. However, got the wrong order from drive thru, so I have to go back and wasted another 5 minutes.

Unfortunately, as much as I love Starbucks…the experience at the one in Bracebridge was less than stellar. Both of our coffees were not up to par, mine was lukewarm and my husband’s was cold but we’d already left when we realized that. An hour long drive home with cold coffee was not what we wanted.

Poorly managed and overwhelmed staff inside. They prioritize the drive-thru so if you end up going inside for your drink, you will wait at least 10 to 15 minutes while you watch at least 10 to 15 Cars full through the drive-thru.Definitely need new management

Clean and cozy, next door to Sleep Inn so you can easily get a better breakfast. A pity about the huge parking lot next to it: it's not a very nice view.

I live here … why does this place continue not to have coffee brewed?! It’s a coffee house and on 2 separate occasions I was forced to buy much more expensive Americanos because they didn’t have coffee brewed, and they weren’t even embarrassed about it. When I used to be a supervisor at Starbucks back in the day, having fresh coffee brewed was the most BASIC expectation. This Starbucks also has very strange hours especially at tourist season. I can perhaps forgive them at winter time when it get quieter around here, but summer? I try to go to every other coffee place here besides Starbucks Bracebridge unless I’m desperate, and when I have to go there’s often a challenge with my order. They need new management.
