We bought house from Victory Homes last year. Like every new built have issues, we were no different, But hats off to their Warranty Manager DIPAK JOSHI who is very informative and very easy to deal with. He looked after all our concerns and repairs needed on timely manner.

5 star for joshi ji . There are some missing things at our homes . This is my first home so we don’t know what we need to fix at new homes but joshi ji who came for quarter inspection told us everything what is missing their and get the things done very quickly. Love the way he shows us about homes . He is very helpful person and I think only he is maintaining the Victory homes reputation.

Their after sales service is excellent specifically their coordinator (Deepak Joshi) is very responsive and is an asset to the organization. We purchased our first dream house in Canada from victory homes. So happy to get a perfect house. I appreciate immediate and quick response of Mr. JOSHI , our warranty co ordinator. He is the only person doing this work else we are not happy with the services of Victory homes as they are nt even replying or receiving phone calls. Hope we will get better services in future.

The quality of work, customer service, and designs are superb. Every person we dealt with, was responsive and amazing to deal with. Dipak Joshi from Seasnail's service team was so knowledgeable about everything in the house during our walkthrough; he explained everything in detail, answered all questions, and was so helpful and kind; I would highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for a quality home. We are overjoyed with our new home.

worst service.I would think twice now before you buy house from victory homes. They build basement side walk and driveway and it got rough in shape within 6 months I complaint them many time sent them emails but never gave me resolution.They have build basement side walk and there is only one step space left for walking even its very hazardous in country like canada where people get injured in winter during snow. Don't know how city of edmonton even approve this kind of work.Worst after purchase service.

We purchased our first home with Victory Homes and it has been a positive experience for us since we moved in. The build quality and finishing was excellent and has held up great with time. A couple of issues did come up but Victory Service has been excellent and the issues were resolved promptly with excellent warranty coverage. Victory Service has been providing exceptional service with great follow-up even after the 1 year warranty period. I would definitely recommend Victory Homes for their quality and service.
