A real deal in Nowsaday business. my fourth visit to Richmond location for a flat tire I purchased there less than a month ago. Deperate walk in there late SAT afternoon 45 mins before closing.kevin standout the best staff there with excellent attitude and extraordinary effort working on my unfixable tire .order a new tire for next business day and repair my tire for temporary use : Kevin and staffs You re the Best of the Best with all your help Very Appreciative !

I had one of my tires replaced due to a bad flat. The mechanics at 1010 Tires did a great job balancing and mounting my new tire. About 1 week later, I noticed that the tire was loosing pressure relatively quickly. I went back to 1010 Tires so they could inspect it. They did a wonderful job and found that a number of my Tires had slow leaks due to the age and condition of the aluminum wheels. They swapped the bad wheel (which had the new tire) with the full size spare and re-mounted both tires. All this was done as a courtesy. I greatly appreciate the diligence, thoroughness, and support that they gave me. I would recommend going to 1010 Tires for all your wheel and tire needs. I have been using them for many years and have never been disappointed.

Even though it was my first time attending the shop, I have to say they deserve an excellent review. I went to 3 shops this morning trying to get my tires topped up due to the cold weather, whereas the previous two shops refuse to help me out with this matter. Apparently, they don’t bother doing this as they don’t make money out of it at all. However, the staff in 1010Tires, not only helped me filling up the tires, but also having someone to come over asking if everything is alright now. Yes, they did not charge me a penny even though I asked for it. Their help is highly appreciated, and I am really thankful for their help.

I went in with the intention of buying rims and tires.But no one had time for me because lunch was more important than the customer, the seller eating lunch had no desire to help me, lunch was more important. Wishing him a good lunch, I left.I bought tires and rims for $3600 elsewhere

Been going here for years, since it was Volco Tires. The personnel may have changed but they’re always good with recommendations based on my needs and they work with me to get me in when I need them. All my cars, from my Audi TT, Range Rover Sport, Lexus GX, Porsche 944 Turbo, have all had their tires and mounting done here.

So happy with my sales person today. He definitely knows how his business. Fortunately I looked on line for compatible tire requests. I visited our Canadian tire and the sales rep did not seem to want to help. I then visited another Canadian tire in Vancouver and was quoted quite a bit higher than 1010 tire. As well the sales rep was so much more experienced at 1010 when dealing with an inexperienced person. His service was exceptional. I recommend 1010 to everyone. Thank you 1010RegardsHilary

This place is the deal of the century! I purchased brand new all season tires AND beautiful shiny new rims for my Lexus ES 330 for under $1000!!Their website was so user friendly and helpful it was definitely one of the best parts of this process. They have a feature where you can see what different wheels/rims look like on your vehicle model. It’s ideal! My purchase was ready for pickup within a week and they look great on my car! I’m tempted to shop again in the spring!
