Smooth process from start to finish. Shuttle was right on time for each of the designated stops. Richard was a responsible driver, and very professional. Now that I know about the service, I'll be using it for my return trip in March!

I wish there was an option to get picked up/dropped off downtown Spokane. Having said this, the ride was great, the driver was fantastic, and the van was super comfortable. I would totally catch this shuttle again, it was an enjoyable experience.

I had a great experience each way. Safe and courteous drivers, easy going and enjoyable to chat with. The folks at the shop are equally enjoyable and helpful as I had a last minute change. Great people all around!

Drivers were on time for every shuttle transfer and always very friendly and knowledgeable. Booking process was smooth and accurate. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Looking forward to booking with them again next year!
