Dr. Souza is a great specialist, he likes to study the case in depth to recommend the most convenient in the pathology that is observed, he even met with my child's teachers to have all the information he needs for his evaluation. When we visit him we feel like at home, the Doctor Souza is never in a hurry and clears up all the doubts you may have. Very professional and dedicated, thank you very much Dr Souza and Tina.

Hello my name is Cindy and my three children use to see him on a regular basis but that all changed when he threw my two children with special needs who needed him the most , he is a pill pusher my.oldest was on three different kinds of meds for ADHD and we have seen such an huge improvement since we took her off her meds in September last year . Our second oldest daughter was diagnosed with Autism after he double dosed her with her immunizated twice when before that she was meeting all her milestones then he gives her two MMR and boom she goes down hill , the doctor never really cared what I had to say unless.husband was there in my opinion he's a womanizer and don't actually care about the kids in the end cause if he did he would not of thrown my children to the wolves like he did . Telling me my one child would never talk or be able to do anything on her own but hey guess what DOC she is talking dressing herself doing everything a 8 year old should be doing plus more all thanks to me and my husband and her school not you , if anyone is looking for a pediatrician this is not the doctor to go too

Dr. D'souza is honestly one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure to meet. He has been my daughters paediatrician for 4 years now, and I can only say good things. He never pushes medication, he is very attentive, and he is very caring. There have been multiple occasions where we have sent him an email with concerns, and he has responded in less than 24 hours. All around amazing doctor, and staff!

Dr D'Souza is an amazing doctor. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. Our kid was referred to be evaluated for ASD, and he walked us during all the evaluation and after her diagnosis. We felt confident and our questions/worries were always addressed in a thorough and careful way. The staff is also really great. HIGHLY recommend.

My daughter has been with this clinic since it has switch over to referrals , ( some may found it to be upsetting ) but I found it to be alot more organized with the doctor himself to have just referrals , dr dsousa does great with my daughter and will listen to all concerns , and keep in contact with her schoolThe doctor is very honest. Which means you may hear things you don’t want to hear , or you may feel as if he’s pushing you off.. he isn’t , if your child doesn’t need specific help .. or he doesn’t see the same concerns you have he will not force a diagnose your child with somthing they don’t have that you think they do.which is the best thing about him , with how honest this man is , I trust his tips and words a lot more then most of my child’s doctors , and he makes my daughter feel so comfortable in the environment.. going to his appointments aren’t a struggle to get my child to compared to most

Although there are many great reviews - I haven’t had the greatest experience. I find he shrugs off my issues that I present with my child. He delays testing and referrals, in my case a issue that could have been taken more seriously 2/3 years ago could have made a world of difference to my child and because it wasn’t, now there are further issues presenting. He won’t help with those, but rather pushes to do something that in the long run could further set my child back. He often doesn’t sounds like he’s interested in what I to have to say and seems to have his opinion on the issue made up quickly without hearing all the facts.

My kids had been with Dr. D'Souza for years and we were very happy with him in the beginning. He is very quick to diagnose which in the beginning I thought was a good thing but I learned later that we should have been referred to a specialist for testing first. When you ask him simple questions about things he is very dismissive & flippant. When I started questioning medications and diagnosis (very respectfully) he was short with me and told me to schedule an appointment to discuss things- then when i called to book the next appointment over the phone i was told by the secretary that my kids were no longer part of his practice and he was referring them elsewhere?! Even she seemed puzzled. In the end it worked out great as we have an awesome paediatrician now but I would not recommend him due to our experience.

Our family has been with Dr. D'Souza and team for months now and I simply have no words to express our gratitude. The lady in the office is a superstar and she has done more that I think she understands...she is wonderful...and Dr . D'Souza is the best doctor I have ever met (we have had doctors from across ontario) and he is fantastic... I will never bring my children to anyone else and I highly recommend if you need a pedestrian to go see him. I value his care of my children and his help and parenting advise and direction. Very professional. ..very caring... very knowledgeable. .. and even takes the time to be funny and make my son (who is very shy) feel at ease. My son now looks forward to seeing the Doctor and thinks of funny things to say to him. My son has never been comfortable with Doctors...so this is actually ground breaking for us ...Like I said... the entire team is simply fantastic!

Edit: In reply to the untruthful comment below from the clinic: No. We were NOT informed, ever. Not by phone (which you have on file), not in writing (you had our only address), not during any of the numerous in person visits to your clinic. Clearly we're not the only ones who haven't been contacted - see other reviews below. Let's hope your staff don't drop the ball like this with something more consequential, after all you're dealing with sick children so lives are potentially at stake.Original review: Dr D'Souza abandoned his patients with no notice whatsoever, in the middle of a pandemic, because he decided he wants to be referrals-only. No calls, no emails, nothing - we found out months later when we needed to make an appointment. Lovely, eh? In retrospect it's good though - I don't want someone this irresponsible anywhere near my child.

I have no complaints about this Dr, he was fantastic with my son. I did just drive by his clinic and the sign is taken down and it looks empty.
