Everyone loves ikea. Enough said.EditJust had there breakfast. Alittle plain tasting. But for the price i can not complain. I will definitely come here again for it. Plus i love bacon and the server was generous as it was the very end of breakfast. Thank you very much because it got me wanting to come back

I’ve never had a worst experience at an IKEA anywhere else in the world. Staff refused to help me. At 6 months pregnant I had to load a heavy desk named *Alex*, all by myself into the car. It was fully built as I bought it from the sale section so you can imagine that this task was very difficult for a pregnant woman. When I asked for help at the cashier, i was Instructed twice (by two different workers) to go to the home delivery section. I went to home delivery section, asked for a light wrap and load into the car and a young middle eastern guy from home Delivery had a very mean attitude and said “this is out of our scope of things we do”. . Even after talking to his manager the manager, manager said “she was too busy to deal with this now”and another supervisor confirmed “sorry we don’t do certain things and this is not something we do”Absolutely terrible customer service..

Wonderful store, I found the perfect carpet to my room here. Now I'm happy because this carpet sets the style of the whole room and I can enjoy its beauty. There were also a lot of beautiful things in this store, but unfortunately I'm not rich enough to afford everything, but I'm working on it.

Had an awesome experience shopping at Ikea. Big thanks to Asheem, from delivery department, he helped us a lot, because it was our first time ordering and we just couldn't deal with it by ourselves. Big order 90+ items was ready for collection in time.

Straight up irritating trying to shop here… when they out of something they won’t order it or let you reserve it. One guy said just come back in Friday…. Friday came and I went in, but they didn’t have… next guy said I’d get a notification Monday when their truck arrives… by fricken email and didn’t check it came and went Saturday morning I hate this place and their horse meat kitchen….

Ikea have fake policy, 365 days return is a lie, if you change mind later even though within 1 years timeframe then don't give full refund, they ask you personal questions about why you return late. they make fun and joke about customer situation and make up their own stories. worst customer service of winnipeg Ikea store. They didn't even care to check the product.@ikeawinnipegThey even said on their wall, website, invoice that 365 days return policy.
