What fantastic service this was. Brian arrived right on time and repaired our 2 bikes on site with his well equipped van. No need to drop bikes off at the shop and wait days for service. Our bikes look like new after the thorough cleaning and repair and the noises are gone!! Strongly recommend this service.

Tony was fantastic! He came right to our townhouse complex with his fancy fixingmobile. He was on-time and courteous. But more importantly, he didn’t overcharge us. He was honest in what needed fixing and made recommendations for further investing. We strongly recommend this service!!!

Today is Tuesday May 2, 2023. I had an appt for vogue to arrive at 2:30pm. No one showed up or called. When I call the web number, the recording states they are are closed, even though the web site states they are still open.Stupid, I was really looking forward to getting out on my bike tonight. 5 thumbs down

Jeff is very knowledgeable and friendly, he explains what to look for and how to do minor maintenance of the bike, I would Recommend Velofix for anybody with a bike.

Had my first service done with them and the experience was great overall. Van came fully stocked with tools and everything needed. Will be routinely scheduling my work with Velofix in the future. Absolutely recommended.

Jeff was great! This is the second time he’s come to service our bikes. He’s a good listener diagnosing problems, responsive to customer needs, finds solutions and adapts to the situation. I would highly recommend him.

Update:(2)Booked an appointment and Jeff came and fixed all my 3 ebikes. He also did a check up on all of them and gave me useful instruction on how to make a fix on one of them. I am happy with the service and I am back on my saddle again. :)(1)Jeff and his crew arrive to my place as scheduled and was on time. I have two e-bikes on schedule and gave them another one which they took in as well. They are super friendly and informative on what they are going to perform to repair and tune-up my bikes. I was scheduled for 1 hour but it took them more than my allotted time to have them all fixed but they did not rush the process. They road tested each bike and made sure they are all in good condition before handing them over to me. I was surprised on how affordable their service when I was given the bill. I was expecting to pay more because it was home serviced and the list of works they perform was labor intensive, it includes replacing parts and tune ups as well. I will definitely reuse their service and I am satisfied with the result. I recommend them to all my fellow bikers out there. Job well done my good sir :)
