I absolutely love this pet hotel for my cat Bella who has had numerous health issues. They have always taken great care of her whenever I have been away from town. They have a lot of knowledge on cats and dogs. I would definitely recommend this pet hotel. It’s not overtly expensive and they care a great deal about your pet’s well-being. They have always been very accommodating on last minute check ins/out. The lady who takes care of Bella always fills me in on amusing stories of my cat getting along with other pets whenever I pick her up.

This lady got my friends involved in a pyramid scam that she independently distributes. Stay away from MLMs.This is also the owner of the Pet Owners Choice Brands at the same address with the same bad attitude.

I only came a few times with my partner when dropping Spazz, our cat off here (who had long been coming here before I even knew him). It’s been heartbreaking having lost him a year ago and so we haven’t returned since. But i did want to leave a message because this place was always kind and caring to him. Anyone who knows cats knows that they are not easy to please. But Michelle took time to actually create a trusting bond with Spazz and groom him with the upmost care. It meant so much to us. I hope other animal friends can see that because even in these tiny “transactions”, a lot goes on and its hard to find a place your animal feels okay with. And even though we sadly won’t be returning, I hope others will find that connection too

Michelle's sensitivity and understanding of cats were extremely apparent in how she talked about and interacted with them, and in how relaxed and comfortable our cats were when we picked them up. They clearly received excellent and loving care and felt safe with their caretakers. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Lonesome Kitty!

I have used their services twice now, and can confirm that my cats were well looked after.The first time I left my cats there for 1 week, the second time was for 4 days.The area for them to play in is small, but my cats were quite happy. There are cat trees, toys for them to play with.Overall, I would definitely recommend Lonesome Kitty for the flexibility, service, and price!

I went on vacation for a few days and left my cat with Lonesome Kitty. She had no issues and was very calm when I picked her up.

What a fantastic cat hotel!! A thousand thank yous to Michelle and Vera for taking such excellent care of my cat over the civic holiday long weekend. From my first contact with Michelle, communication was clear and extremely courteous. The cat condos are spotless, air conditioned and so inviting. Check-in and pick-up were scheduled by appointment, so I didn't feel rushed during the introduction and post-stay debrief. Fantastic grooming care was also provided - nails trimmed and fur de-shedded. My Galileo looks even more handsome than when I dropped him off :). Will book again for my next trip!

I have been using the services at Lonesome Kitty for about six years both for grooming and pet sitting for an extremely alien unsociable often vicious rescue Persian cat Mr. Cyrus and a dominant Yorkshire Terrier. I couldn’t and wouldn’t leave either one with anyone else. Michele is very knowledgeable about animals and is the only person who has been able to establish a rapport with Mr. Cyrus besides myself. Even my vet suits up when dealing with this cat as he strikes and bites for no reason. Mr. Cyrus has had a full groom with Michele including a lion cut at least a dozen times. He has stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks on more than one occasion and comes home in excellent condition. I have peace of mind because I know he is in good hands. I have often called Michelle regarding various pet related health and behavioural issues and value the suggestions and advice she has given me. She is very professional and conscientious. The products she sells are also very good. I appreciate the kindness my pets receive and the peace of mind I have leaving them in her care.

Michelle took great care of my senior cat. She groomed him well and was very responsive to my needs including convenient drop-off and pick-up times.
