My husband bought my engagement ring here and I ended up buying the wedding band here as well. The service has always been excellent and they were great with helping us out with sizing, care and warranty information. I looked at a few places in Regina. Charm was the first place we went to. We seen Kish and he treated us very good. He went above and beyond. It took me one year to look for the right engagement ring. I went to all stores around Regina, and Kish was the go-to person to see when needing assistance. He is genuine, very professional, and will go over and beyond to make his customers feel 100% satisfied. Kish is very determined to find what you are looking for when it comes to specific detail. Received a beautiful necklace from my grandparents for my birthday and they could not get over how polite and kind and knowledgeable the staff at charm diamonds was! Specifically Joanne, my grandma felt comfortable and she stated multiple times how kind and sweet she was and how well she discussed and showed off the jewelry. I have never been to charm diamonds, but from this experience I am very proud to have this necklace! Thank you so much

We had a really great experience with Darcy but it was dampened by Kish. We had shopped and been helped by Darcy previously, we came in to make the purchase and Kish was immediately on us, speaking quickly and pressuring us to wait for him. He said if we waited for him he'd give us a deal. We mentioned that someone else had helped us before on a different date and he said no just wait for me and I'll make it worth it." We didn't see Darcy so we just looked at the ring for a bit. He came back and offered us a pitiful discount. We expressed we'd want to order the ring in a different gold and he made a big deal saying it was a "special request" and he'd see what he could do. Made it seem like a big inconvenience even though we had been previously told that it was a super easy request. (And was super easy when we did order it). Darcy walked by and we said "Hey we think you were helping us last time!" I pulled out the card and she confirmed. Kish was still being really pushy and making us super uncomfortable. It was making the whole experience feel very slimy and it was supposed to be a special moment. We told Kish that we were only going to be working with Darcy as she had spent a bunch of time with us before. We didn't mention that it was also largely because of how pushy and slimy he was being. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with him. It really brought down the whole vibe of the store and experience. He was like a vulture and everyone seemed really awkward around him since he was trying to steal their customers. He was also trying to manage several customers at once so no one was getting great service. 5 stars for Darcy but wish Kish hadn't made it a slimy experience initially."

We went into Charms, basically comparative shopping, looking for a 10th Anniversary ring! Kish was our salesperson! He not only made us feel confident in his knowledge, but helped us find the perfect ring, and let us feel good about spending a lot more than we intended to, but knowing we got great value for our dollars! The manager was also very helpful in explaining the difference between a real diamond and man made diamonds! Everything we buy is from Charms, warranty is very worth every Penny as well!
