They no longer give you 30% for buy out. They give you 10%. For 18 brand new jeans with original price of $80-120 and 2 MK trench coats, they quoted $180. Took everything, dropped them to Women's shelter in Hastings. Not supporting this rip off business anymore. Ciao forever scammers.

Really good store for amazing deals on famous brands of clothes, shoes and accessories for women and men. The prices are around 1/3 or 1/4 of the original price tag and the itens are in really well shape, many of them looks like brand new. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This location has a convenient free parking lot on the mall.

i finally visited a turnabout after a friend recommended it - im so glad i did, this will be a new favourite place to shop for me for sure :) the staff i interacted with (5 total) were all so kind and thoughtful, very refreshing to have in what can sometimes be a daunting environment like luxury resale! the store is organized nicely. any time i leave a thrifty store with something, i am happy! can’t wait to visit again in the near future :)

Good selection of clothing, there’s a little something for everyone. Prices are fair, can definetly find some gems once in a while.Do not trust their authenticity 100%, do your own research

Don’t consign any of your clothes at this store/chain. They offer lowball prices to their customers and mark up high when selling them. The price of my brand new pants (with original tag) was $100, and they offered $8 to me eventually. Also, they have a new policy. They wouldn’t take your items if your consigned items worth less than $50. Totally waste of time.

The team here is phenomenal. From consignment to sales, they offer exceptionally caring and attentive service and honest, helpful advice. I’m often asked “Where did you get those _____?” and am always delighted to share this gem of a store with friends and colleagues.Editing to add: regarding another review that claims size exclusivity at this location, I can say from a big boy’s perspective that this is totally inaccurate. The brands themselves are exclusive and misguided, but this store certainly is not. I’ve found multiple XL and XXL pieces every time I visit.

I consigned about 6-7 items here and they gave me 100$. They only took the things with tags. Today I found one of the items in store and they were selling it for 50$….needless to say the customer is losing here. They were also quite rude. Very overpriced and not worth your time.
