Hudson's Bay

I really love the bay, but my only issue is that they removed the price check station, and things aren't always marked down. So it makes me have to go to the cashier to check prices which is annoying. Please bring back the price check stations/machines. It makes my shopping experience more enjoyable and doesn't waste the cashiers time. Also, please get new registers they're so ancient and act up during transactions.

Got a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 for here. Not so bad but they need to work on there customer service I waited over 45 mins to get help as the lady at the watch department was busy showing some Casios to her known and totally ignored us as if she was not trying to do any business with us. Until the point we had to disturb there conversation and ask if we will be helped today or we need to go to a different location. Watch was great but credit for that goes to Tissot not the terrible customer service they had her.

AMAZING SERVICE. Went to buy shoes on friday for an emergency pair. Hailey and Aayat both helped enthusiastically to help match colours and give fashion advice. Their service was extremely friendly and helpful and because of them I was able to leave satisfied and happy. The displays were neat and organized hence it was not a hassle to shop around. Had a great experience and will 100% come again with all of my friends.

We visited the menswear department. It was easy to find what we were looking for, as it was well-organized. There was a sufficient variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories. The associates were friendly and helpful, and the fitting rooms were tidy and spacious.

Came here to buy a mixer and received great customer service from Najwa. Very polite and super helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we left with everything we needed.

My time at this Hudson Bay was amazing especially because of the amazing workers you have. Kat was extremely nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She helped me get the right size and helped me figure out what looks good on me.

This store is filthy!!! The ladies washroom has never been updated and it’s utterly disgusting!! Six out of the eight stalls had urine in the toilets and one had feces on the floor!! The only toilet that did not contain waste had a toilet seat that looked like it had been run over by a truck!! Same goes for the very old, outdated and dirty fitting rooms. The floors are always extremely filthy!! It is shameful that a long-standing Canadian department store has such poor management that they cannot upkeep the store in a presentable manner. On top of the filth, you can never find a sales associate to assist you, in far too many cases the prices are not clearly marked on the products, the overall appearance of the store is unkempt and their computers are ancient. Clean up your act Bramalea City Centre The Bay!!! Your store is a dump!!

Nice. Wide variety. Offers are good too. They have men's section on the top and women's section at the bottom. Prices are good during sales. Also they have kitchen items for sale. Brands like Levis, Jack and Jones, Hudson bay own brand, etc. They also have shoes and cosmetics.

I went there in men fragrance section to buy a perfume and they gave me wrong one. After i come back to return, the lady on the counter behaves really badly. It was totally her fault to gave me wrong one instead of apologizing, she is behaving rude and disrespectful. It was very worst customer service.
