Such amazingly helpful staff!! I went to talk to people at a Naniamo location before and got a run around and no help but the staff (female with glasses)here was an absolute gem and super helpful and friendly.... unlike Naniamo location at Country Club Center... Very appreciative!!

Staff was extremely rude and acted like they did not even want me in there as soon as I entered not any where near closing time. I would definitely jusy go to Naniamo if I wanted to be helped by a telus rep, as 2 of the 3 workers were just straight rude.

What a great experience we had here today ! Nancy and Courtney were so helpful setting up our new phones with a new Telus account. We are so sorry that we kept you well past 5pm-but thanks for the professional service, and being so incredibly helpful. These two even helped another couple even though it was past 5pm.
