Amazing doctor and staff. Love these guys. Prices are very fair.. plus my cats Love the doctor...Bringing my cat babybootz as he is sneezing blood. The Dr seen me immediately and did not charge me emergency Fer. Now we need to dig deeper to see what's going on but thank you staff and Dr. You are angels.

This Vet misdiagnosed my cat then with my other cat wouldn't have an intelligent conversation with me and the BF. They all have ego and know everything and what's best for your pet. He is just like all the vet's now. Don't care have any compassion, don't care about your pet or you. Only want to overcharge you. Go to Toronto emergency or Guelph if you have a serious problem with your loving pet. They don't have the emergency equipment but charge you for emergency fees euthanasia is the best they can do.

I wasn't sure about her vet at first, I thought he was rude and condescending but I think that's just him. He always says my Lexi is overweight, and sh is by maybe 5 or 10 pounds she is a puggle and she is more beagle that pug. A standard puggle is about 17_19 lbs.she may be 20 right now.I just smile because he's a vet and his job is to take care of her and that is what he does. Poor thing gets a uti every year, and he recommends all the stuff I could do, but he is never pushy. He knows exactly what to give her, and has actually called me personally to check how it was.NOW THAT IS ONE HELL OF A VET

Adopted a new cat from the city. He is great. We brought him to Notre Dame Animal Hospital because this is who does the spay/neuters for the city. Everyone was friendly and they treated my cat very well. He was back on his feet by the end of the day and recovered quite quickly. Looked like very tidy work and they sent him home with some meds for any pain. They called me when they were done to let me know how he was doing and give me the results of the blood test I ordered. I have no reason not to give five stars except for they are not Baxter animal hospital where I normally take my pets. Great work Notre Dame Animal Hospital.

Longtime client of 4 years.Dog has severe allergies and requires medication and special food to live a normal healthy life. I have recently been subjected to rude and unprofessional business dealings with the receptionist Jennifer.Dr. Rasheed has been requested to speak to me 3x. I have not heard from him directly. I am being overcharged, refused medicine, etc. The receptionist has just terminated my file and will not answer any questions or concerns or make arrangements with me.The clinic is doing illegal things and getting reported. I do not recommend this clinic for animals or people.I take back my previous 5 star review. I am appalled by the service and the neglect my animal has experienced.

My wife took our dog here. Tried to charge us an emergency appointment when it wasn't booked as one. Tried to charge us a new customer registration fee, when we have been there previously. Tried Handing us an outrageous bill after looking at our dog for less than 3 minutes. Said he needed two or more teeth extracted and estimate of $2,700.00+.. Turns out it was was a scist on the OUTSIDE of his jaw, under his fur. Thankfully, it broke the next day, and swelling is gone.

I went here with my girlfriend to address an ear infection for our dog. They were able to get us scheduled right away. The vet was quick, informative and caring. I was very impressed. This hospital delivers good value and I hope they remain in business for years to come.
