I had tried to make an appointment at this place in high hopes I'd be able to get my hair done professionally. This company had donated money to a charity program I was involved in, (I paid for the gift card), and while trying to make an appointment, the lady, Laura, was extremely rude with me, I wanted to know if the card I had bought was valid, and she kept exclaiming I feel like you're harassing me! you're harassing me!" After me TRYING to get through to this lady and apologize
