Parents who have special needs children, please read. This is not the place for your child. I did my homework and looked around our area for the best care for my six year old son who is special needs. I filled out the form to go on a walk through and scheduled appropriately to view the facility. When we were at the facility and with the enrollment specialist, we explained our sons particular needs and at NO point did the enrollment specialist give us any indication that these would be an issue. My son is sociable and kind, follows direction easily, but requires assistance with toileting still. We filled out the paperwork, and were prepared to pay the exorbitant enrollment and tuition fees, as we were led to believe that this place was willing to meet the needs of our son. We started making arrangements and completed the paperwork, just to receive a phone call from an administrator to let me know that they are unable to offer the services needed to my son. It was explained to me that they don't have the proper licensing or staffing requirements to manage his care. They would be happy to do some research for other facilities, but unfortunately couldn't accept my son due to his need of toileting assistance. Seriously couldn't you have relayed the issues before hand when we did the walk through? What type of licensing do you need to assist a child with toileting? As a franchised and branded full care facility, you think that your licensing would cover these essentials. I don't like using the word discrimination lightly, but I truly feel that if I wouldn't have been honest and forthcoming with the words Special needs" I wouldn't have been denied care."

To all the parents and grandparents a warning. I had my purse stolen last Thursday morning around 615am I was dropping off my grand kids. Went inside came out about 10 minutes later ..A guy broke my passenger window took my purse . My car was locked. The warning is NEVER leave your purse in your car.The guy must be casing out the daycare. When we were cleaning up the glass several women said that has happened to me not to long ago here in the parking lot. Lesson learned .The staff was very helpful . The guy was seen on the camera I have let the marysville police know hopefully he gets caught and his life be turned upside down.

This is an amazing daycare all the staff are friendly and they even worked with me in changing my payments to something that worked with my pay days. My son loves all the teachers and is always telling me about the fun things they do they even have a quite time for home work which is awesome. I'm a single mom and general manager so it can be hard with the long hours I work but i have peace of mind knowing that my son is in this day care cause they treat us like family. I appreciate everyone of the employees here there awesome. Thank you for all for your hard work my son loves you guys and the food!!

I had my daughter start here in September for the pre-school" program

This morning was probably the third time I've seen the van bringing the kids to school late. This morning the Driver was speeding into the neighborhood of the school. To see the Employee driving too fast is scarry! I've only heard bad things about this daycare.

I did not want to give one star but that is the only way I could post a review. I have just removed my child from this center due to neglect. They neglected to report not one but 2head injuries, in fact did not even know my daughter had either of them. The explanation did not match either injury and I was denied the video recording. One day a child will hit their head and have internal bleeding that could have been treated but their neglectful staff failed to report. Also my daughter does not eat meat. On 3 occasions I found meat on her plate. I am a mandated reporter with the same training as the staff here and it is clear to me that this center should be under new management.

My grand kids just started going to this daycare. I had asked what the terrible smell is in the room I drop the kids in they still after 2 weeks have done nothing to get rid of the God awful smell in the room . I think they should at least try to get the smell out . The daycare at Smokey piont did not smell at all. They cared about the there daycare. Other than That the kids seem happy to go to the day care.

My kids have gone to two different centers over the past 2 years and couldn't be happier. They love it, I love the teachers, the hours. They've taught much kids so much and the center is safe and clean. It made the transition from stay at home mom to working mom much easier knowing they were in capable, loving hands. Kids and us will be part of our family for years and years to come.
