The experience didn't start off great, being over billed. But Greg Dunham was quick to make things right financially for me, immediately calling and getting the wheels in motion to reverse the glitch. Being the holiday season, I did really appreciate his efforts. I could tell he genuinely cared about making the headache purchase into a good one. He succeeded and I will purchase from again.
