My wife and I have been working with Steven for a few years now. We have worked with him on 2 condo purchases and 1 sale of a condo. We also worked with Steven on finding our current tenant for our rental property. Our current tenant has been fantastic. Steven has been the perfect real estate agent for us. He is very punctual for, very professional, responsive to our needs and is very up-to-date on the market environment. He is very good at providing us with timely market statistics. In addition, he always backs up his recommendations with solid analysis and insight. Finally, he is a really honest person. He prevented us from overpaying for our new home based on his analysis and recommendation. He puts us at ease because he is not in this business to make a quick commission but to really help his clients. We are really happy to have met him and we are looking forward to working with him again on a couple of upcoming projects. You can do no wrong in choosing Steven as your real estate agent.

Selling the home I lived in for over 30 years was intimidating. Steven was there every step of the way, helping however he could. His dedication to helping us sell our house, then finding a new place to call home never wavered and was greatly appreciated. If I ever decide to move again, Steven will be my first call. Steve has really made our experience having to sell our deceased mother's home a lot easier and stressless. He makes you feel like you've known each other for years and he treats you like family. Steven was the real estate agent we worked with in buying our first home, and we couldn't be happier! We HIGHLY recommend him. My husband and I were not familiar with the process of buying a house, and Steven met with us and explained everything, even bringing us examples of all the paperwork so that everything would be familiar to us when we got to that point. We have a 6 month old baby, and he was always able to meet us at times that worked around our baby's sleep schedule/routine. One house we saw wasn't for us and he knew before we even got there - but didn't rush us through seeing the house or explaining what would have happened next had we made an offer. He always responded to our emails within the hour and was open to showing us homes in any area on any date. When it came to making an offer on the house we purchased (which was only 1 month after meeting Steven), he really helped us pull our offer together, and helped us meet the deadline which was about an hour after seeing the house! One of the biggest things that makes Steven stand out is he fought for us by telling the selling agent our story as a young family, and it ultimately got us the house even though we were NOT the highest bid!! After our offer was excepted he was on top of everything from bank to lawyer making sure everything was running smoothly, and along the way during our two visits to our home before closing he continued to give us great advice that we wouldn't have thought of (like to schedule your last visit close to closing to make sure all the appliance's work!). Steven was a godsend to my wife and I. I first met Steven when looking at some pre-constrcution Condos I was interested in. I had an agent/friend at the time, but both me and my husband were instantly impressed with Steven's enthusiasm, passion, and dedication, that we decided to work with him instead.Steven helped us purchase my first condo a few years ago. He was great to work with as first time home buyers, and guided us through the whole process. He drove us to any location we wanted to see.
