I needed the heat fixed in my car and my friend recommended Mastercare Automotive as she received quality care here. I brought my vehicle in and was quoted a decent price. They fixed my heat with no extra cost. I dropped my car off and they gave me a ride to work. I felt safe and taken care of. Recommend for all, epecially women, who are looking for an honest service.

Great service. I called in the morning, hoping to have an appointment next week and he offered it today. Very fast. He found some problems aside of oil change, came and showed me, and asked if I wanted fixed. And some filter he ordered right away and came in 15 min. Great service. I'm very happy I went there. I'll go next time in the same place.

Great experience, would highly recommend!Ilham and team did a thorough job in their check over and communicated the issues with my car with me before going ahead and fixing them. They were also very understanding of my time constraint and were realistic in their estimates of how long itd take to service my vehicle. The price was very fair, in fact seemed to be cheaper than other places that I looked at for a tire replacement.

Fantastic customer service. car broke down on sunday night, husband called early monday morning and they were able to fit us in, get the car done quick and at a more than fair price. will recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs. Thanks again!

1 star for awful customer service from front desk. I do give credits for the workers who do the labor in the shop. If you decide to go here for 'cheaper' service, be prepared for some bad no-name mechanic shop experience.

I’ve heard great things about Mastercare so I came in to schedule an oil change, was surprised that they were willing to do it right away! Not only that they charge reasonably, they also gave me a $5 discount as a first-time customer. I felt well taken care of and definitely not going somewhere else to have my vehicle maintained. Satisfied!
