Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

Fantastic crispy chicken and super crispy, delicious curly fries! Pickup is from Lonestar Texas Grill which threw me off a bit as I didn't notice that on the website (I probably missed it). Will definitely try again!

I have been ordering Frankies for the past 2 years. Unfortunately I noticed that their chicken tenders have been getting smaller and smaller each time I order. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but the last time I ordered the tenders were smaller than a chicken wing. It seems like their Nashville Hot sauce might have changed as well. The honey dill dip is great, however the past few times I've ordered the chicken tenders it has been very disappointing.

The Milton location just sent me some of the worst chicken I have ever had. I paid $96 (!!!) on Uber eats for a chicken sandwich and 20 chicken strips. The chicken strips alone were $51.99 (!!!!!!). What I received was hardly worth $10. The strips were minuscule, maybe less than 3 inches long on average. They were coated with sugar and burnt. I ordered the chicken sandwich which came on STALE bread and they didn’t even give me the curly fries I ordered. On top of it all, it all tasted really bad. The chicken was dry, burnt, coated in sugar which made it taste completely incoherent. The sandwich, which I ordered spicy, tasted like nothing at all. The bread was dry, stale, and totally deflated and squashed. I don’t know why this place charges an arm and a leg for what I can only describe as an utter failure to cook food. A colossal waste of money. I cannot believe what kind of scam these guys are running out of Milton. I can only pray the rest of your locations aren’t this bad. I deserve some kind of compensation for this absolutely dreadful food.

I tried their chicken sandwich combo with the regular Nashville hot sauce. It was a great sandwich! Not overly spicy, but has a nice kick to it! The breading is really crispy and the chicken was piping hot! The curly fries were hot and crispy. The coleslaw was nice and sweet and had pickles in it. It may sound odd, but it's a combo that works! The only bad part of my experience is; It would have been nice for them to include a fork and some napkins in the bag. The sandwich can be a little messy and I don't recommend eating coleslaw with your fingers! lolAlso, You can call your order in and pickup yourself to save on delivery fees.

I want to give more stars. The potential is there because the taste is absolutely amazing. The portion size for what you pay is crazy, i got maybe 4 bites of coleslaw which was basically chunks of cabbage in white water. It tasted good though.The honey dill dip is amazing and the chicken tenders were delicious , i got the very hot ones. My biggest gripe is portion size. Just fill the dang box with fries till it’s popping open, that is what the people want to see. If im paying $35 all in for delivery, the box should be bursting with fries. That is what will make me a return customer. Take my advice frankies, just seriously listen to me, people will come back again and again just look at 5 guys burgers and fries. The taste is absolutely there, just need to give us a lil more lovin cause we lovin that hot chicken baby

Definitely one of the better chicken joints in Milton. The chicken sandwich is yummmm and the chicken strips are great. I always get the Hot AF and that is hot! But in a real nice way as my palette is generally on the hotter side. The honey dill dip is great with the strips. The Frankie's signature dip is slightly on the sweeter side and lends a nice sweetness with the heat. The curly fries are a must side to order!

Good quality chicken sandwiches and chicken overall, but way too damn expensive, $20 for sandwich combo? Come on that’s absurd, and it’s not just recent inflation it has always been pricy. And the quality does show, somewhat. If you’re willing to break your wallet out for a good chicken sandwich it’s pretty much one of the best in town. But your bank account will not like it after.And just kind of a P.S I think this whole ghost kitchen think is just so stupid. The first time I ordered pickup I got to lone star and was very confused looking around for Frankie’s hot chicken. Then I realized it is just lone star and there is not further branding anywhere on the packaging or inside the place. Why call it a complete different name online only? It’s so stupid. Just call it chicken sandwiches by lone star or maybe just don’t call it anything and have people order lone star because that’s what it is!!!!!!!

The quality of the food seems totally random. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's overcooked, chewy terrible chicken on a stale bun with rock-hard fries.Can't give a good review to a restraunt that sporadically throws up an absolute clunker of a meal that will leave you feeling, no other word for it, ripped off.The quality may vary wildly from great to lousy but the price is consistently on the high end which only adds to the frustrations. Who wants to pay a lot of money for a chance to roll the dice and either be satisfied or furious?

So I’ve only ordered through Uber eats, and the first time I tried it the burger was life changing lol. But then there was another time where the flavours were completely off. The chicken was burnt, their signature sauce was incredibly salty to the point u couldn’t eat it. But then we ordered again after that and it was back to the quality that I remember it being. So I think maybe depending on who’s working the quality can fluctuate? But when it’s good. It’s GOOD. Haven’t ordered in a while but I remember having BIG strips in the burger. Curly fries were mid, a lil too crunchy, but their diff dips make up for it (dill dip is delicious). I definitely preferred the onion rings over their curly fries. All in all I enjoy ordering them on a special occasion as they’re a bit pricier then your typical chicken burger, but just beware sometimes the quality is lacking!
