UPDATE TO BELOW:Curtis from this company contacted me about replacing PIN free of charge to correct the situation. True to his word, he did just that. I would recommend Curtis any day!Brutal. They put the pin in a rock that got swept into Gbay, instead of in the bedrock, want another $1800 to come and fix their problem. Last years price was $700.Avoid so you don’t get ripped off. What a joke.

Raikes Geomatics assisted me with a property survey I needed for a severance application and I couldn’t be happier with their services. I drew a rough site plan of how I wanted the property divided and they captured it perfectly while ensuring it complied with zoning requirements. Angela was amazing to work with being thorough, kind, and professional. She made sure to keep me updated on my project and the cost of service was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. She was available to answer any questions that I had and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. Erin was also pleasant to work with when Angela was away or out of the office. The work was completed in a reasonable timeframe and staff responded to all emails/phone calls in a timely manner. Raikes will be my go-to company for any projects I have in the future.
