I gave one star cause I couldn't give less. I booked a consultation with Jonathan on a friday for the following day at 12pm, sent him $3000 and he didn't show up the next day. No phone call, no apology.I ended up getting ahold of him on Monday, and when I tried to hold him accountable for taking my money and skipping our appointment, he threatened to drop me as a client.I was also a victim of being told we wouldn't go through the entire retainer only to be surprised with another $3000 bill.I was berated in court for not having filed documentation that he was to provide. He then berated me as well in front of the court for not providing it to him. After court I sent a time stamped email indicating I'd sent it weeks earlier, to which I was simply ignored.I don't know how what this guy does is legal....but maybe it's not?

5 years ago, I hired David Woolcott as my lawyer for a motor vehicle accident that resulted in my subsequent disability. During that time, he was very thorough yet candid about my chances. He and his phenomenal staff worked very hard to make sure that I get all the tests and support I needed for a fair trial and settlement.To this day, he is still there to help me with all my legal needs. He checks in with me periodically to ensure that I am doing ok and that all my providers are still supporting me. I have always felt that he gives advice to benefit me more than himself or his firm, that he has my best interest at heart. I can’t say enough how I appreciate David and his staff, Amber and Vicki, for all that they have done (and still doing!) for me. Needless to say, I found the best law firm in Guelph! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Mr. Woolcott and his team have been nothing but helpful, and super patient with me during my automobile accident claims.The clerks are in constant contact with me ( which is absolutely wonderful)They are always quick to update, and send over documentation.I would highly recommend this firm. They will treat you like family.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH JON KRASHINSKY!! he is absolutely useless!!he started off ok, responsive and timely but as soon as we paid him the retainer he has not replied a single time!! not once! 15 emails and phone calls, our regular lawyer retired is the only reason we went with him, massive mistake! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!

Jonathan targets and slanders women. Makes children homeless. High-fives other males for destroying lives.

Johnathan Krashinsky should not be allowed to practice family law. He was rude, arrogant, frustrating to deal with and money hungry. There were so many details missed in the final court order that has become a headache to deal after the fact. Do not trust him!

Jonathan Krashinsky represented me in a family court matter and was fabulous. He is very blunt and upfront about what to expect and what is within the realm of reasonability. A lot of the negative reviews I have read seem to be tied to his blunt attitude. Just a friendly reminder that he is a lawyer not a friend nor a therapist. His job is to navigate the law (which he does flawlessly). He always took the time to allow me to ask all of my questions and not feel rushed in our appointments. This is perhaps why he sometimes runs a tad late. In my opinion, he’s worth waiting for! Truthfully, don’t you want a lawyer who will extend you the courtesy of answering all of your legal questions instead of cutting you off because they may be late to their next appointment?Kelly is also great and she was fantastic at responding quickly to clarify any questions I had throughout the process.Overall, I felt in control of my case and Jonathan advised both intelligently and in a respectful way. It’s also probably worth noting that my case was very complicated and the outcome was hard to predict. I spoke with other lawyers prior to Jonathan and none compared.
