I bought an engagement ring here and it felt like they were rushing me because a lady was waiting behind me. They neglected to even put my name into the system properly.The ring went in for sizing and took longer then they said, wich caused alot of problems... four months later two diamonds have fallen off of the ring. Terrible experience

Michael hill is always a pleasure to come to because of people like Fei, all the staff were very helpful and kind but Fei made an unforgettable impression. Old women with head covering is dumbest creature as well the other staff they hire. They will only talk nice fake on your first attempt to buy something. When you go for polish they become slates. They will waste your time and still can’t do anything for hours.

Smit was fantastic and understood what we needed exactly, he was very patient and explained everything to us that we needed to know. would’ve been 5 stars however his co worker maysoon, was really unprofessional and kept interrupting us multiple times as we were going through options, we dealt with maysoon previously and only seemed like she cared about getting paid rather than finding an actual option that best suited our interests. today we went back in to ask a couple more questions and she wouldn’t bother to help us or ask if we needed anything. If you go to this store, ask for smit.

Don't waste your money in this store! I purchased earrings at Christmas that came apart less than 6 months of total wear. They are nothing but a cheap piece of paper over what is supposed to be gold but who knows really. When I brought them back to the store I was told their policy is 30 days but that she would have the area manager contact me. I've been waiting over a month now!! I also purchased earrings for my daughter for Christmas from here. The post broke on them when she went to put them on Christmas morning. Extremely cheap quality for $$!

The customer service it’s always amazing there, even if I’m just looking and don’t wanna buy something they are just very kind and allow me to browse around. Another amazing thing about them, they will clean any of your jewellery even if it’s not from there, they’ll clean it for you at any time you can bring it all of your door at once if you want. They are extremely kind that way! I made an order online that said that I couldn’t pick it up till the next day, but it was very important to me that I picked it up that day and they allowed it to within an hour so I was beyond grateful for that. They’re just very kind and their jewellery is very good quality. I find it is reasonably priced and I think it j there jewellery is very good quality. This is the only jewelry store I went to that has staff who are very pleasant in assisting customers whether they are going to buy or just looking around. The staff are not pushy, they help you find the perfect jewelry you are looking for. For years & years, Maysoon(May) has been our go-to for her indescribable support, along with a beautiful smile, so much patience, and even more importantly tailoring the product to what she sees in each of us in my family. Lately, I went there with some graduation cash that I received & she helped me select the perfect ring to keep it as a memorable everlasting gift. First, the ring wasn’t available at the location but then with her help and Lorne’s help (Lorne the manager), I was able to secure it.
