I find most employees are very arrogant. I feel disrespected like I am wasting their time.. The best employee is the guy with the big hooped ear lobes. Only shop there if there is no other option.

Tried supporting a local business my wife and I weren't even acknowledge Oct 28 we even walked around in there disappointing having freed up workers not even acknowledge customers or try to help

The atmosphere of this place has never changed. Not too pushy on sales. Genuine opinion la on products. I enjoy this place. Make sure to make an appointment because of covid restrictions though

Very helpful staff. Helped my wife get a new phone and contract. I like coming in and looking at guitars and tv's. Tends to be a bit expensive, but again, the knowledgeable staff are great.

Upgraded aging cell phone. Was asked if current plan was working for me. I confirmed it was. Next bill from TBay Tel included a 32% increase in price. Sight & Sound employee said nothing about this. Called TBay Tel who refused to take any responsibility for their agent not discussing this with me.
