I have never had a bad meal here! The staff have all been friendly and great at what they do. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained.

OPA! of Greece Canada Olympic Park
This is the saddest Opa location I have ever experienced, usually everything is fresh and the staff is friendly, but the staff seemed like they couldn't care to be there. They had no gyro meat and it was dinner time, all the tomato's in the salad were almost green and only green peppers in the salad. This location is off the highway by C.O.P. and they are severely lacking in quality considering the probable flow of people they have.

I’ve been here a couple of times. Nothing spectacular, service is very bland. They really don’t try. Also tried to pull meat of out warmer and onto the pita and I had to ask them to grill it and she left it on the grill for 30 seconds and I asked her to put it on for longer and she sighed and asked longer?? They also keep all condiments hidden which is so strange to me. I most likely won’t return.. a little goes a long way service.

Although OPA is a fast food restaurant, the food always tastes fresh as it is cooked on order. Good alternative from greasy burgers and fries to freshly cooked beef, chicken, and shrimp with rice if you prefer!

On July 17,2022 I visited this location. I have been here about 7 times over that past 2 years. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I had in Opas in Calgary second to Heritage Meadows.I had the man ask me what I wanted on chicken wrap i said what i liked but when the Woman who works there was making it i asked for No onions to be not put in as I changed my mind about the onions.The WOMAN went ballstic about this change and procceded to try and scold me infront of the customers behind me due to this change.I advised her we have pre paid for the meal and customer have right to make changes since it hasnt been even completed and she is in the proccess. She was so nasty I asked for refund and left.The man behind the counter was calm and understood what just happen and agreed to give me a refund right away. As for that Lady.She shouldnt be front facing staff as she doesnt have the patience or composure to deal with basic customer changes to the point of acting aggrressive enough that you physically don't feel comfterable anymore.I give this OPA a 1 Star for the refund and I hope you dont have the displeasure of dealing with this.

November 30th 2022 at 8pm I entered this establishment to be not greeted by anyone. A lady came out after a few minutes and asked what I would like, I asked her how long the food would take and she started to give me attitude.She said the food will be ready after the people who had ordered was served first. A ton of attitude coming from the lady, I ordered a lamb platter. Within a minute my food was ready before the people that were waiting before I was.I get home after 5 minutes from opa and the food is cold, the lamb is not cooked. I suspect some foul play as the food was prepared too quick. This is completely unacceptable as my food has been tampered with by an employee who had no reason to give me attitude as I only asked how long the food would take.Do not go to this location. Disgusting service by a disgusting employee.

OPA! of Greece Canada Olympic Park
I have been to OPA! many times and am usually quite pleased with the experience. This time, however I was quite disappointed. I ordered take out, rice bowl with shrimp. There were only 4 of the smallest shrimp with my meal, which were luke warm at best and the rice and pita were cold. Staff seemed uninterested and like they didn’t want to be there. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Totally treble never go there they don’t even put the beef on the grill. They keep it in the hot thing the salad was wilted the bread they didn’t even Grillet. They kept it somewhere. The west Hills location is fabulous, but never come to Beaufort Road if I could give him a zero I would’ve.

Didn't cook the meat long enough in my opinion. And the potato was rock hard with no seasoning. Meh but for the location and time no big deal
