Absolutely amazing!!! He was incredibly responsive to our call even at 10pm. Worked throughly to ensure we knew the root of the problem and got our concerns addressed/ resolved. Mike also responded quickly when we contacted.

We had a great experience with Joel and would highly recommend to others. We had some breakers popping in our electrical panel and had some concerns that these might be an issue but Joel came out right away to check them and ensured us all was in good working order. Joel also replaced our outside GFCI plug we had our hot tub plugged into as it wouldn’t reset and walked us through some options to ensure this wouldn’t happen again. Joel came in a timely fashion and has excellent costumer service skills. Thanks again Joel.

Joel was good samaritan!! I was having terrible issues with my car battery not being able to start and I was fortunate enough to run into a guy like Joel at the gas station! He helped me repair a loose part in my battery that kept it stable for the time being until I got a new one!What a blessing! Joel is a great guy and I highly recommend Joel to anyone who see’s this ! Happy to write this review! Joel is fantastic! He’s very personable and gives great advice. At first we were looking for an electrician in the area just to install two flush mount light fixtures in the hallway. We reached out to a lot of electricians but either no one answered their phone or they just didn’t respond to our voicemail or online inquiry - the job was probably just too small. Only Joel responded and he came when he said he would and did a quick job! We have since called him back to run a new pendant light from an existing rough in and to relocate a fixture to be centered over the table. He even installed my ceiling medallion that I thought was going to be a pain. He had a great idea not to glue or drill it in - that the chandelier would hold it in place perfectly, and it does!! Also we had a stupid scare a week before Christmas and I was freaking out thinking I wouldn’t have an oven for Christmas and he came after business hours to check it out and fix it. Next up is pot lights in the living room! Can’t wait Joel!

Joel came out at 11:30pm at night to fix our water meter. We called several business, because our water meter was arching out and we were worried it was going to burn our house down. Joel was the only company in Guelph that responded to our calls and not only that he was at our door in minutes. We want to thank Joel for leaving his bed, to come to our house on a cold dark night to keep our family safe. With out a doubt we will refer Joel to everyone we know and will use him for any work we have going forward. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this business. Thank you for responding so quickly. The problem we were having is the leading cause of house fires and yet Joel was the only business that returned our calls. He was kind, professional, and showed us exactly what the problem was. We can go to bed now, knowing our family is safe. Thank you!
