Leaf's Towing & Recovery

I hit a deer out in the rural back roads and needed a tow. Used AAA who dispatched Leaf’s out to tow me home. They were pretty busy that night but the driver called me to tell me when he was on his way and where he was coming from to give me an estimated time. It was below freezing out and I couldn’t have my car on because of the damage, but as soon as the driver arrived, he had me get in the cab of his truck to warm up (I was getting a ride back with him) while he hitched up my car. Super nice guy. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

Money Grab on the holidays .Called AAA on Christmas eve for a towin mn and was told that Leaf put a restriction on AAA tows restricted to 10 miles (even though I was 20 from anything besides another corn field and 3 times that from home) I Was told I can call leaf directly and pay them to tow me farther for a price.Real classy guys.

Leaf's Towing has been great to us. They have had a super quick response time, super kind and courteous, and communicated through the whole process. Rob, is an absolute life saver, we have now had two encounters with him when we have needed a tow, and the customer service is just absolutely outstanding. THANK YOU!!!

Business said they're available. 24/7/365 and yet I've called and called and have gotten no answer. I have used them a couple times in the past as well and have not had good experiences with them. They are not who they say they are and are a terrible company!!! Stay away. Go with someone else. They make up their own rules.. and they pick and choose what they want to do!!!

Nice young man that towed our motorhome, which is an old GMC-they even looked it up to make sure they could properly take care of it, showed up quickly-within 10-15 minutes, hooked up fast and got it home for us. I have had several negative experiences over the years with different towing companies and AAA, but this was a 5 star experience. Thank you!

Twice in three days I had to utilize their services for the same vehicle. Not only were they fast, but they were professional, affordable, and really knew their stuff. I highly reccomend Leaf's for any towing. Their new F550 is quite the quick and capable rig too!

Very kind and professional. My car was totalled in a fatal auto accident and it was Leaf's towing that removed my car from the accident site and held it in their lot throughout the investigation. A month after the accident, I was able to remove my personal belongings from the vehicle. The thought of being anywhere near my vehicle or even looking at it made me physically ill in ways I cannot explain. The staff at Leafs was so compassionate and caring. The office manager (female, cannot recall her name) treated me like her own family or friend. Checking on me multiple times to see how I was doing and make sure I was okay. It was because of her I felt strong enough to get move forward.

Use any towing company that isn’t this one! I was out of the state for 3 days before the blizzard came. My car ended up getting towed a half a mile from my parking lot in order to plow. It was towed around 10 am on Saturday and I went to pick it up at 2 pm on that same day. Nobody was there so I called and was told to come back at 5. Came back at 5 and was charged $240.00 for towing and $35.00 for a day holding fee, even though I was there 5 hours after it was towed. You’re better off using a company out of Texas, because that mileage fee would probably be less than my half a mile towing fee. Did I mention they wrecked the bottom of my car? What a scam!
