I went here based on high rating on google. Was very excited to try the authentic Mexican good.However, everything was just average - and you can get the same items at a bar burrito/fresh burrito. Also, the staff was not friendly at all.

I really enjoyed sal y limon tortas and will definitely need to be back to try the other items on the menu. The portion size could ideally be bigger but the taste and customer service deserve 5 stars.

Cool Mexican restaurant. We got four tacos, one burrito and one kids quesadilla, Mexican beer and coconut horchata. You order and pay yourself at the entrance and they’ll bring your food. Pretty fast service. Sauces are tasty. We would be back when we are in the neighborhood again.

Been a fan of Sal y Limón for many years. Food is great. Portion, however, has gotten significantly smaller. Everything’s about half the size of what they used to be. The burritos are probably the only thing that’s worth the value. For that reason, I’d give it a 4 star due to the lack of value.

Sal Y Limon is one of those places I cycle back to every few months. I typically get take out and the food is always delicious.My go to is the Taco Picnic Pack which comes with one protein, tortillas, rice, beans, salsa, and a container of onions and cilantro. I've tried the chicken and the steak. Both are always tender and flavorful. Salsa is made in house and fresh. The rice and beans are addictive.For $32 you can't go wrong! It says it feeds 2-3 people, but I tend to overeat with the food here so I'd say it's perfect for 2 people. It's hard to stop when food is so good.With the many times I've spoken with staff there even for take out, it's always been pleasant. Good vibes and reasonable prices.

Ok…. I went here for one main reason…And that is, if it was a good Mexican spot.I really was missing when I came to Canada for vacation and was looking for some good Mexican food and thankfully we found a good place.They have a variety of different meats and meats.I will say that the mole one surprised me the most because it was very flavorful and delicious. There salsas were good, the one I didn’t like as much was the red one. It was very sweet for some reason.But anyways please give this place a try, it’s worth it.

Great food at great prices. We had a torta ahogada with extra-spicy salsa, which we were fairly warned about. The sauce is extremely spicy!
