Worst experience staying at this hotel. Dealing with the Manager" was a nightmare. There was partying going on in the room next to ours until 4 in the morning. We called the front desk several times to complain

not sure what the terrible reviews are for! you get what you pay for lolbed is fine, room is adequate despite the floorboards being a bit dusty, bathroom is fine. bed is actually quite comfy :)

Stayed recently and was not thrilled. Originally had a main floor room. These rooms seem to be for long term occupants and smokers. Once we realized there was a smoking area outside our door and many frequent liquor store guests hanging in the parking lot, we requested another room. They called it an upgrade" . The staff seemed nice enough and they seem to have done renovations. The main hall looks like it is still being repaired. The price was way too much for what we got and what the room was. Sadly options were limited. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bedding.Location was close to the highway and restaurants. Had the price been half of what we paid

Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Quick check-in and check-out. The room was not fancy, but clean and bed comfortable. Got what I paid for with great service!

It was the worst experience. I have never seen anything so bad in my life. It was very dirty and the bathroom tap was lifting right out of the plumbing. The sheets had stains on them. The manager did not even care that it looked so bad. Did do anything about the complaint. I would recommend that you camp in you car then stay there.

First let's start with the good, it is right off the highway, easy to find, and the room has AC.Now to the bad, the room was filthy, dirt and stains over the doors, walls, and the furniture, the floorboards were damaged and sticky when we arrived. The baseboard, mid-trim, headboards, furniture, and the bathroom all have damage.The fridge was dented on the door, and inside the freezer was falling apart with a frayed wire hanging from the roof. The bathroom was horrible, with paint peeling in and around the shower, the sink cracked all the way through, and the outlet falling out of the wall.If there was time to book another hotel I would, but we're here for a concert so everything is booked. I'm very frustrated because the photos all looked very nice, but apparently some of the rooms have been renovated, and that's where the pictures were taken from, do not be fooled, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

If I could give no stars I would! This place is awful! I booked 2 rooms for one night, had to cancel (did so 2 days in advance) and was charged as a no show for both rooms. I made 6 calls to talk to a manager and was told several times it was a woman I needed to talk to, other times it was a man. All I wanted was for them to reverse the charges on my card...no one could do that apparently. I finally talked to a man that was the manager and was told he couldn't reverse the charges and I would have to go thru my card company. A manager that cannot reverse a charge?! He was just making it difficult for me and his staff were no better. Really terrible experience for sure! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND I DIDNT EVEN STAY THERE!

Visited here last night. Nice place for staying while travelling. Space is clean and spacious.They have two queen bed in room.Washrooms are clean. They provided room with microwave as well as coffee machine.Just that person at the reception was very rude. Doesn’t know how to talk at all. I called to confirm availability of the rooms and they way he talked to me wasn’t nice at all.Rest stay was fine and would definitely visit again whenever travelling.

Worst customer service ive ever had. Front desk receptionist was rude and terrible to deal with. Unfriendly and ignorant. Check in was supposed to be at 3 (clearly stated on booking confirmation AND sign at front desk) upon arrival at 2:55 she said room wouldn’t be ready until around 4, we waited in the parking lot for over an hour, came back at 3:45 still wasn't ready, despite seeing the rooms cleaned. Finally at 4:15 we got our room after saying we would stay else where, and suddenly boom, the room was ready! Was charged the $200 deposit TWICE onto my card at the time of booking and again at check in, and had to argue with the stubborn receptionist over this as well.However at checkout the other receptionist was delightful. Unfortunate that some staff have such a big impact on peoples experiences.Dingy looking on the outside, interior of the room wasnt too bad, and the location is ok. At least its beside a liquor store i suppose, you need it to deal with this place. Do not book here if you have places to be or have things to do during your time there.

If you are planning on staying for any period of time, don't expect any level of customer service. Don't expect for your beds to be made, or to get clean towels or toilet paper brought to you. Rooms are very poorly renovated, beds are decent, but not consistent. There are two very different beds in our room.
