Pachulah has an amazing custom shoe design service. I recently ordered a custom pair of Chelsea boots and they came out perfect. Danny helped me custom design the boot in store and walked me through the whole process, creating a unique boot that even has my last name inscribed on the outside of the sole. I am ecstatic about the quality of the boot and the fact that it was ethically manufactured. I wont hesitate to order another pair of custom shoes or boots from here.

I walked in to the shop thinking I would just browse with the intention of finding a pearl necklace. Danny greeted me and asked what I wanted and he told me that they were able to customize a necklace to my neck with any material they had. I felt instantly welcomed and the help that was given was more than what I thought I would get.I forgot I had an event 2 weeks after I put the order in. Danica made it so my order would be rushed and I got my necklace in time. The quality of it is unreal and I can tell they put a lot of thought and care into it. I fully recommend going into Pachulah to get jewellery made or to buy what they have on display.

I ordered a necklace sometime around the beginning of August - it wasn't exactly what I was expecting so tried to fill out the online forms to start a return. The form wasn't working with my order number so on Aug 15th I emailed support. After receiving a response on the 28th of August saying the would look into my order and get back to me, I was content. On September 5th I sent an email to follow up as I hadn't heard anything back about the return. On Oct 4th I sent another follow up email as still no response or word on what to do. That evening I got an email from the owner apologizing and heard about the passing of his wife and business partner. I was very sympathetic and realize fully that trumps my small return. I replied saying I completely understand and would just like to be sent back a shipping label and will return the necklace no problem.It is now the 1st of December and yet again, no response.My rating is not based on the products, simply on the customer service. I believe I have been more than patient and am usually not one to leave reviews - I'm just not sure how else to get through to the company at this point.

Such a cute store with amazing customer service! The jewellery is so gorgeous and unique, there truly is something for everyone! I always have such a positive experience shopping here and highly recommend stopping by if you haven't!

This place was recommended to me, I’m glad I went here. First off I walked in and their was one staff member working, her name is Gabi and she was about to go on a break but she insisted it could wait and that she wanted help me find two grad gifts. Gabi was excellent in every way! Her customer service is amazing and very knowledgeable about the products she is selling. I really appreciate your help and suggestions A plus in every aspect!!!
