This was so easy. Booked an appointment online for 3 hours later, brought care card and a pen, was tested and out in 10-15 mins! So easy and they were all so nice. Its so easy guys, get tested if you have symptoms/were in contact with a case. Luckily came back negative :) Stay safe everyone !

We stayed in drive through line for one hour just to learn that they don't test people with no symptoms. My friend was in contact with Covid person" at work. She was told she must get tested to come back to work.On that title they are saying "testing for all patients"

This place is an absolute mess. Arrived 20 minutes before appointment time at 1:45 to only find out individuals with appointments and walk-in share the same vehicle line. WHAT'S THE POINT OF BOOKING APPOINTMENTS THEN?After receiving instructions on what to do post testing from first station, you're told to enter one of the lanes as instructed by other staff. The longer right lane which occupies more vehicles has only 1 testing station while the left lane has 2 stations assigned for testing for vehicles to drive into. The left lane is faster in getting vehicles in and out. THIS DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE! The staff responsible for instructing vehicles are often just talking to each other while drivers wait for their instructions. Each station has multiple trained staff in testing. They can easily test at least 2 vehicles at a time and move the lines faster. However, they wait for the patient to arrive at the station, walk out of the car and go to the window by climbing a few steps! After the test, if you need to use the visitor washroom because of the long wait, make sure to stay away from the unprofessional security who lie to you the area is staff parking. You're threatened with an or else!" if you don't leave immediately. Its clear the area is for visitors to park with no signs of staff parking or "parking not allowed" posted.I'd suggest to use the pedestrian appointment to get a test done."

It was good. We had appointment and a doctor's note. We got there as a pedistrian at 1:30 and were the first in line. They started taking in pedistrian at 2:00 pm and we were out of there at 2:20pm. Get there early and take a seat at under the walk-in tent. Register nurse will check your phone appointment and hand you instructions. After that testing is quick after the nurse checks you out.Sep 9 and Sep 10 they are taking only appointment patients no walk-ins and no cars either.Apparently they getting ready for winter and making more capacity for increased testing. They doing over 350 cases a day within 6 hours that they open.Good work you guys!! Thank you for all the effort!

This is my experience at the site on Sunday:Arrived there at 3pm and was given papers and was asked to come back an hour later since the site was full. Waited for 45ish minutes. They started turning people away around 3:40pm. Went in and was required to wear a mask (please wear a mask everywhere if you think you are infected). Was then asked what symptoms I had. Then was given a number. I didn’t need a referral. Just needed to show some symptoms or have been exposed to it and a Care Card. Waited another 10 minutes and then they took me aside and asked me some questions. Then I wait another 10 minutes and was then given a nasal swab. After that I left.

Went on Saturday. got there 5 min before 12pm.About a 5min line on boundary just to get to the parking lot and then we were given a reservation to come back at 2:45pmCame back at 2:45 they were completely full for the day already. Around 25 cars in front of us and still had to wait 2hrs with the reservation which is ridiculous.Process seemed extremely inefficient. Staff were friendly and nice when we finally got our turn though.

Quick and easy test process, almost no line. I arrived at 11:30am on Sunday today without an appointment, and was finished in under 20 minutes. They open at noon, but started to test drive-in patients at 11:40. They didn't seem concerned that I hadn't made an appointment, but maybe it depends if they're busy or not.Everyone was friendly and efficient. Bring your care card if you have one, and wear your mask in the car. In this location they do ask you to step out of your car briefly for the test in a covered area.

(11/30/2020) I booked an appointment just 2 hours prior to the test. The wait time is about 45mins (seems faster for pedestrians) .The nurse was very polite, and clearly explained the next steps.

Walk Ins: 2pm-4pmDrive Thru: Should be 12pm-6pmI did a walk-in to get tested, I waited patiently before staff could direct me to where I should be heading to next. All staff were very kind and respectful aside from this one lady when I was being tested. Maybe it was miscommunication, but she was by far very annoyed each time I've answered her questions. They will not test you if you do not have any of the following Covid-19 symptoms, which I think should be alerted on the website to let people know in advance before planning of arrival.

Admittedly I was quite scared about the whole experience but this place was great. I booked appointment online, they had a lot of slots available. The centre is large and outdoors, which is great. Seating area is cleaned after each person gets up, social distancing was maintained. Although I had appointment I waited half hour, which is more than okay, given how much work they do plus appointments clearly say be ready to wait beyond appointment time. The nurse who did my swab was very friendly and kind, it made the really uncomfortable process of swabbing bearable. Overall I was in and out fairly quickly, all the staff members were really helpful. I really appreciate what everyone is doing here. Thank you.
