Lack of floor staff to help people interested in asking for help.Only 2 cashiers who where not very friendly, cramped space in general when I visited.The prices and menu for the raw bones was hard to follow, the freezer was complexly disorganized and no staff offered help.

Price for the item I wanted (Timothy Hay) was 40% more than the pet food store I usually buy from. Nice store, friendly staff, but that's quite a premium.

It’s a good store and deserves a better rating, but I’m giving it one star to protest the lack of price labels on the majority of large-sized dog food bags. When asked, an employee told me it’s because prices are often in flux. This would make sense if there were no price labels, but the smaller bags have them.Please label the large dog food bags with their prices, and add a cost per 100g figure as well.

The staff, especially Jess is awesome and very knowledgeable. I care about what I feed my dogs and I am always confident in purchasing my dog food here. In addition, someone always offers to carry my food to the car and even though I always decline, I appreciate the offer. Really great store.

As much as I love global pet foods the customer service at this location has been nothing but TERRIBLE. So incredibly rude and aggressive. Although this location is the closest and most convenient for me I will never shop here again and instead shop at another location from now on.

Extremely disappointed with staff here. I saw staff in the store so I knocked on the door (keeping more then my 6 foot distance) asking if they had my dog food in stock as I haven't been able to find it and I am completely out. A male and female staff member came to the door just kept telling me to call the number even though I was standing right there . They both were very rude and when I called the number over 12 times I might add no one answered even when there were 3 staff members in the store. We are all in this situation together and I find it very sad that I was treated in this manner.

Well stocked store with many items for all your furry friends.The staff are always willing to help you find that right thing that you're looking for.I purchased a beautiful lavender coloured collar for my Jesse dog. They have a great selection!

I had the feeling the people working there were a family which make my visit even more awesome! If not I apologize, you all so cool! Prices: awesome, product: as much variety as you want, My only regret I didn't sign for the offers but I will at my next visit, there will be plenty!
