Horrible after purchase experience. Brought my Q5 for repair at the dealer (paid for the extra warranty when I purchased car) and have been waiting for 3 weeks with no call back or response on when my car will be ready. They also gave me a Jetta as a courtesy car. Should have been given an Audi not a WW Jetta!!!!Update: 5 weeks later and still no news on when my car will be ready and no call back from service to give me an update…

This is the first time my daughter leasing a new car and it was as close as you can get to a pleasurable experience. The car representative Philippe Cusack is experienced with professional knowledge and recommendations for the needs of customers. He spent as much time as I needed answering all questions. Too bad, it maxes out at five stars; I would have gave so much more to Audi Blainville and representative. I strongly suggest for you to purchase your next vehicle there either leasing or buying, and at both of the cases, you will get what you expected.Excellent job done! Thank you
