Motel was very clean and have all necessary facilities. Also, can enjoy Heated pool, BBQ, volleyball and Camp fire.At fair distance from sauble Beach, very reasonable price, right on mark customer service with any request at helpdesk.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very beautiful back yard and pool. Room walls were a little dirty or marked up but overall we had a pleasant stay. One tip: make sure you confirm the price and name of the person you speak to if you are planing on paying at the counter

Room reeked of cigarettes, had stained sheets and dirty bedding. We had to cover our pillows. Shower and walls are filthy and stained. All in all terrible experience. Would only stay here if you have no other options which we didn’t. No bed bugs tho which is why the one star.

Most likely one of the best experiences of my life.Clean rooms with a great view of green acreage and large outdoor heated pool.My dog loved the ability to run in such open spaces as well I enjoyed the ability to go for a hike.Now the owners....talk about going above & beyond!My BDay fell on one of the days of my stay & to my joyful surprise, they created an authentic home-cooked meal for me to celebrate my special day.Another awesome aspect is that being Dog owners themselves, they as well my pup enjoyed a quick run around the hotel lead by the Owner himself, twas like watching two kids round around playing.I do highly recommend a stay, a meal and meeting with the great people that run Key Motel & will most certainly be staying again!

Oh my where to start. I can't believe these reviews. They have to be friends.There is no way in the world the reviews are from people who stayed there.Do yourself a favor either drive on by or ask to see the room before you pay.We unfortunately made the mistake of paying first. After seeing 2 rooms one that had over flowing garbage cans, dirty masks,and in general it literally looked like someone was living there. It was beyond filthy.Manager came looked around, gave us another room. It was an icebox, no TV and dirty. We said no way, give us our money back.He said no no I give you another room.We said no just want our money back.Takes my bf to office to get his money back and ends up charging him again. Honest mistake OK.The manager is on the phone with some lady getting instructions about refunding.Machine denies refund exceed limit.We said just give us cash.Lady on phone says I'll e transfer it to you. OK so we go wait in parking lot for 45 mins, and no transfer. Go back in and they want to use his card again to refund. I said no way. I ask lady on phone why we've just waited 45 mins, because you said you would etransfer.She says my bank said no and gave excuses. We left fuming and went next door to opp to talk to an officer.Came back again and was finally given cash.Now they kept saying they are new.Just forewarning others to check room before paying.2 hours of our lives we will never get back

This place has bed bugs . It was disgusting old blood on the sheets room smelled like cigarettes and backed up sewage.. I was afraid to turn the lights off because of cockroaches.. .. they can deny this all they want i have videos of the bedbugs and the nasty room they put me in .. I would never recommend this place to anyoneThe name I have it posted under is different then the name I was booked under I have video proof u have bedbugs it shows my location is the geographical location of where I took the video, so yes, you do have bugs and no your place is not clean at all. It is the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in.
