Just before covid started culligan peterborough staff messed up my kitchen hardwood floor, due to their faulty installed faucet overflowing to the floor, just when the promised to come for repairs, covid started, they never got back, ever.I have at least 12 big bottles of empty bottles i've been trying to return, i called them asked if they can take care of it, the center said they'd pass it along to the peteboro branch, NOBODY returned my call.Culligan sevices were always terrible.Good day.I shall be taking the 12 bottles directly to my LOCAL RECYCLE SITE of municipality. I don't care about the money. El dinero es NADA.

We’ve gone in to try to book an appointment to get a water system for our home. We were only handed a card and told to call the salesperson ourselves. I’ve left our contact information i.e. phone number & email and have never heard back. If they’re that hard to track down to make a sale, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get in touch for any service issues. Thanks Culligan, but I give you a hard NO.

So I have my 3rd system from culligan. This third system has poor build quality and has annoying beeping that you cannot turn off unless you unplug it . I call the Peterborough service department who told me that because I bought the system out right there is nothing they can do. Bad of me for not wanting to have payments. The new system is harder to set up and harder to change the uv bulb. We all know that a bulb doesn't die exactly at 365 days buy now it will beep constantly very loudly unless you change it a month before the year. They told me the best thing I could do is to throw theirs out and buy another system. Doesn't make sense.

I bought 8 bottles of water over the course of a few years I went to return a bottle to be told my name isn't in the system and I'm only eligible to return one more bottle and was told I will have to return the bottles to Walmart or Costco. I was not aware you could buy big bottles of water at other stores then yours as I have never seen them anywhere else. So now I am stuck with all these bottles and am not allowed to return them.I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED MY NAME WHEN I BOUGHT NEW BOTTLES!! As well the staff at the Peterborough location seem to like to argue with the customers.

So very happy to have gone to Culligan Water when our existing water softener broke. Steve came out to have a look at how they could help and within a week we were all sorted (including additional work, like moving the existing filters etc. to a more logical location). Bruce and Steve did an amazing job, very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Culligan and would definitely give a huge kudos to Steve and Bruce. Thanks!
