Great food. However; today was a horrible experience. My daughter got stick. As I was happy en Ready as well as excited to have my daily meal. As soon as I took a bite to the chicken it was digusting. The chicken has gone bad, slime and smell like fish. Don't know why they are serving chicken that is no longer good.

Worst Popeyes restaurant ever, I will never recommend this branch to anyone. The owner should look into this cause with time this branch will draw a lot of bad attention. Check your customer service, especially the food served.

They make everything fresh/made to order so you do need to wait up to 10 minutes but ⚠️ ITS WORTH IT ⚠️ I’ve never had Popeyes fresh I guess because the chicken sandwich was SO juicy and crispy and hot and it’s extremely comforting. Best chicken sandwich I’ve had in years!The ladies working there were mainly Punjabi, and although some were nice, they need to keep it down at the back when they speak because we were literally listening to their entire conversation from our table.

Got raw chicken in the burger, they replaced the burgers reluctantly but when i asked for atleast free drinks she said she replaced the burger she can't do the drinks. So you feed people raw chicken and give terrible service then expect us to thank you !!

I ordered a sandwich combo. Waited 10mins and Lady tried to give my order to someone else then gave it to me. After I get home, no biscuit which I paid for. Doesn't surprise me. Won't go there again. Church's chicken is far better.

Worst customer serviceI visited this location with my child and the lady on cash counter(Supervisor/Manager lady) just ignored all the customers & she and other employees were just laughing and talking in loud manner. Some frustrated customers just walked away and some were still standing in a queue.I have visited other locations & had good experience in GTA BUT WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ONE.If She don’t want to greet the customers who were waiting for few minutes, there’s no logic to work in customer service job.I hope the Management/Owner will look into the issues.Thanks

Pretty horrid customer service: unfriendly, slow service (my order was given to me 10+ minutes late with no acknowledgment of it being late) not a hello, not a thank you, not a goodbye or have a nice day, lol. Again, the staff was moving slow. No sense of urgency or organization. Anyways..if you just want some chicken on the go, its fine if you can ignore the antics here.
