Terry McNaughton is the reason why I will advise clients to stay away from this company.

We needed a hot water tank installed and were quoted a price via email and the time needed for it. After our trailer was there on the Monday we were called and told it would be $500 more than the quoted price and a longer time. We needed our trailer by the weekend for a planned trip. An email had been sent with all the information including picture of the existing heater. Now a part had to be ordered as well so now we are looking at a week instead of a couple of days. My husband finally asked to speak to the owner and he voiced his displeasure with what was happening with all of this. He asked him if the part was being shipped ground or air and he actually laughed at my husband. My husband had been very patient throughout the whole process, but then the owner told my husband he will get his quoted price for the job but he will never do business with us again. The funny part is my husband was willing to meet halfway on the pricing but with the attitude of the owner he never even brought it up. I have worked inside sales nationally for 30 years and I am absolutely appalled at the customer service provided by this dealership. They actually printed on our bill not to service our trailer again. Stay far away from this place!!!!

Best place to purchase a new or used trailer, some people are just never happy or no common sense..Love this place...
