This company continues to call my phone for SOMEONE ELSE consistently. If they continue to harass me I'll be getting the police involved. I'm going to block their number from phoning me soon. The person they are trying to get a hold of is my EX BOYFRIEND ; this is NOT his phone. And two) he is currently in bankruptcy working with a bankruptcy trustee. Good luck getting blood from a stone. I would suggest no one deal with company. They are extremely rude. And if it were my debt (it isn't) but IF it were - I wouldn't be giving them a single penny.

I submitted 2 accounts to this company 2 years ago. Today I was notified that one of them was uncollectable, due reasons I notified when I handed the account.The second is on an unknown status, and there is where it seems it will stay. As they accomplished nothing.

The person they are trying to reach hasn't been employed with this organization in YEARS.Instead of a real live person calling and requesting verification of employment of this debtor, they CHOOSE TO ROBO-CALL the office DAILY.When I contacted them to advise - they INSIST that I need to report this as a wrong number. It isn't a wrong number. It's the correct number for the person you are seeking - BUT THAT PERSON HASN'T BEEN EMPLOYED SINCE JUNE 2017. You have the right number, you're just YEARS too late and are happy harassing an employer instead of actually looking for the debtor.

Rude and unprofessionalMaryl was interrogating me for a contract that has never been signed by us

I'm hesitant to give a rating -- I was contacted about a debt I owed, however it was difficult for me to get any concrete proof as to who I was dealing with... It could have been anyone. The only reason I even proceeded with the gentleman was that when he finally did tell me the debt he was calling about it was legitimately something I owed. I was put under a lot of pressure to pay it ASAP (Which i guess is their job) and he would not work with me for a more reasonable timeline. Thankfully I was able to get it sorted and I asked for a receipt or something just acknowledging that my account was closed, but once I paid, my e-mails stopped being answered. I have sent at least 4 or 5 e-mails since my last payment. Finally I called the cambridge office # to find out what to do and I was told that they don't typically provide receipts and my online banking statements will have to be sufficient -- which I found very strange considering the debt amounts that they deal with. The gentleman I spoke with confirmed he could see that I was paid and it was reported to the CB, but that isn't enough for me. Now I need to figure out how to find some other way to confirm this. It just makes me even more suspicious seeing as I wasn't completely confident to begin with. If I am able to find other answers I will update this review for others

National recovery corp deserves more then five stars. They have done an amazing job with collecting on accounts for our company. They act as a local team to support you in obtaining payment when it’s deserved. They respond immediately, and are very professional. Lauralea is excellent at her job and feels like I have friend to lean on.

Less than a week ago , I got an email from a merchant saying that I owed an additional $300 after the merchant already kept my $1000 security deposit and wrote a bogus $300 invoice, I was disputing the $300 with the merchant and was asking for proof, within 7 days of speaking to the merchant, it got forwarded to this office , I received a call today saying if I don’t pay “now” that it will be forwarded to the credit bureau today, I was told how great my credit score is and how this will lower it by 120 points.. how this phone call is a “ courtesy “ , the amount of manipulation done by this company for you to pay is astounding. Even after explaining that the merchant was trying to rip me off and I’m waiting for the correct invoice .. didn’t matter, “pay now or else” is basically how they operate. They sided with a thief cause that’s who they represent. Sad to say I paid to get them off my back, zero empathy , zero remorse .. bunch of thieves representing con artists

the people there are special in the head, they cant confirm what amount is owed, they dont know how to send an email, and they make you sit on phone in silence instead of informing you whats going on

I can safely say this company - National Recovery Corp. is a professional but yet very tactful and results driven team of collectors - not to be confused with National Credit Recovery Inc. like some of the reviews I see here. Very different companies and I'm glad I did my research before reviewing.
