WARRANTY DOES NOT EXIST. I have purchased several K Stone slabs, some direct and also through fabricators ordering coutertops for kitchens. The first time I had an issue was this week, the countertop cracked in the corner and is now spiderwebbing all over like a windshield. I called my Fabricator and K-Stone rejected the warranty claim. They did not even ask for more pictures, a site visit, NOTHING! YOU MAY AS WELL NOT EVEN HAVE A WARRANTY. Residential use, what a joke, Stay away from K-Stone as their warranty is a lie and non existent.

We have tried to contact the installer and manufacturer of kstone quartz. Kstone quartz said they would check out the defect on our countertops. When they were installed, minor chips were not noticeable. As time went by, they have become very noticeable. We tried to get them fixed by city granite and kstone. But neither would attend to it. They dont stand behind warranty. Do not buy! We have been trying to resolve the issue over 2 years but no luck.

I haven’t actually purchased anything from here (yet) but I was so pleased with their customer service and their selection I had to submit a review. Very kind and friendly staff who show you around and are very attentive to your questions. Will recommend this place to anyone I know looking for quartz or porcelain!

we have been enjoying our new kitchen for over two months now. the new counter top looks absolutrly stunning and its extremely easy to clean/maintain. the stuff was friendly and professional, and have provided valuable suggestions on type/color of stone for our 2-tone kitchen. we highly recommend this place!

Sad to see such negative reviews that seem to all arise & stem from from an installation /fabrication negligence. When you hire cheap contractors because the price is good this is what you deal with we see it day in and out. You must do your own thorough due diligence and look into the companies you hire because stone does not just crack on its own it cracks because there is clearly a pressure point because the cabinets are not levelled properly. We install 100+ counters a year and of those K Stone makes up nearly half of those. Any issues that have come up in the very odd case of a manufacturing defect, the slab has been taken back no questions about it. This is a great product that uses 93% quartz and is still a mid price point and is affordable.

THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY! Countertop is an inferior product that chips easily and stains. Customer Service is appalling. Countertop isn't even 5 years old and already needs replacing!

Great Quartz counter colours. We have their Calacatta Bianco on a huge Island and counters here and tried to replicate in Florida... Not possible (unless we want to import ourselves but that would be way too costly). Their actual shades of colours and muted tones are beautiful and after going to about 2 dozen different quartz manufacturers, I can confirm (sadly for us) that no one is replicating their product even though they have the same name.

We worked with Kstone on a few residential projects in the GTA. Kstone's quartz countertops are among the best in the industry in terms of quality and service. The company focuses on delivering products that are safe and durable while constantly updating their product line with new designs. We love our k stone counter tops! They look like marble. They were perfectly installed and the edges are beautifully bookended. The price was better than some of the quartz brands that advertise more, and the patterns were nicer in my opinion.
