CN Heating and Monitor

About 5 years ago our heater quit working and the folks that came out were soon to be CN Heating. They are a great team and had our new heater in within a week.... Just knowing they are there in case of emergency is great... I highly recommend them!

ZERO STARS if I could!HORRIBLE service, DO NOT recommend.This company did not only accuse but straight up blamed our CHILDREN without ZERO proof that a part was damaged by them. They were completely and totally NASTY in conversation. Argumentative, RUDE as can be, angrily raising their voices with our children right there..Look elsewhere for service.

We have known Nick for 13 years, and Caitlin for as long as they have been in business together. As the owner/operator of my own service business (electrical contracting) for nearly 40 years, I recognize good service technicians when I meet them. The growth their business has experienced since it's onset, speaks for itself. Quality workmanship, response to emergency situations and good value for your money, that is what you can expect from CN Heating. Nick and Caitlin are both pleasant to have around and leave their work area spic and span when they are done. They stand behind the products they install and the work that they do. Nick and Caitlyn have been servicing our system for years and we’re delighted with their work. Fortunately we have had only one “no heat” emergency and that was resolved quickly under the terms of our service agreement.

Nick cleaned the boiler today. He was on time, did a major repair and even painted the face of the boiler so it looks like new! So nice to have such a professional person that goes way above and beyond what I expected.

They are so polite and appreciative of your business and are just so effiicient. And they never take advantage of anyone and treat everyone as the same. Often times service people take advantage of certain classifications of people. Not Kaitlin or Nick. Everyone is the same and everyone is primetime. love you guys.. Sure wish there were more like you.
