Loved dealing with Paul, it took me several months to decide what kind of car I wanted and he delivered!

We called Paul to see and test drive used car Ford Fusion Hybrid. We almost reached 5 min before closing but he was very accommodating and gave us our time to see and drive. Car was in great condition and he offered with safety and 1 year warranty for 2013 Car. That gave us peace of mind to take decision right away. We ended up buying in same trip. Overall he is great to work with and we enjoyed talking to him. Thanks Paul

Test drove a vehicle that had an engine light on. Was told they already knew the issue, just had to order the part & if I bought it there would be no engine light on. Pick it up a week later, dead on side of the road two hours later with engine light back on. Drove it for a month with it constantly dying or refusing to start because the shop they had the work done at was closed for renovations. When it finally did get in to get looked at, it needed an EGR sensor & had a bad throttle. Picked it up from the shop....half an hour later engine light was back on. Take it back yet again, and now it's a part that Bracklands just doesn't want to make good on. To date I've had an hour total with no engine light on & I'm stuck paying for this vehicle for three years.Won't be purchasing from them again when they don't honor their word.
