Reg was quick to respond to my call- within 1hr the person was at my door. The quality of work was amazing- he would explain everything in detail if I asked questions and the assessment he did to increase the longevity of the garage door and the subsequent parts was really appreciated. I felt like I was cared for very well and was worry free. Most of all, this quality of service was provided at the best price in the market ( I called 7 other companies and they had the lowest price, by at least $50)!!

Our door stopped working suddenly and in using Aladdin Doors previously, they were my first and only call. I recently needed to install a new garage door to replace our (very) old door that had essentially collapsed, so I started phoning around to get quotes. Reg at Aladdin responded right away and set up an app't a day or so later to come out and inspect the problem. He saw right away there would be issues replacing this door because of the old springs on the door and the lack of suitable framing on the building itself. Instead of just giving up or throwing out a huge dollar figure to take care of it, he took the time to walk me through the next steps. He showed me what kind of framing he would need, and that there could be some real problems with getting the old door uninstalled. I got the framing completed and after letting Reg know, he came over once more to inspect it and make sure it would work for the new door! It still needed a couple of tweaks, but AGAIN he took the time to explain to me exactly what he needed before he would start work. Finally it was ready to go, so we setup a time for the install. Reg reminded me that removing the old door might be problematic, but that he would set aside his whole day to get my new door installed and working properly--no matter what kind of issues he might come across. Long story short, he fought with that old door, never gave up and eventually got it out. He worked for most of the day, but before leaving made sure that the new door worked perfectly.Honestly, I don't know many contractors that would go to such lengths to advise their clients and ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Can't recommend Aladdin highly enough--I wouldn't go with anyone else if you need help with your garage door.

You can tell that Reg loves what he does - I adore the new garage door, the design is a fantastic update for our house. The replacement was good value for the money spent. Very happy with the service. Reg came out during -28 degree Celsius to fix our garage door which had fallen apart. After fixing it, we had Aladdin install a new door and rails. Installation was prompt and very well done. Reg will take the time to answer all your questions and requests. He generally cares about his work. Highly recommend.
