Landon was a great salesman to work with, was very knowledgeable in the Nissan brand, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I never felt pressured or rushed into a decision and he went above and beyond to ensure that the car was the right fit for me and made the deal work great for both of us!The entire team at West End Nissan was a pleasure to work with, from the sales managers to the finance director! They were all extremely professional and respectful, and treated me like a valued customer. Westend Nissan is the best dealership to deal with. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. First was our 2018 370Z Nismo and most recently was the 2021 Nissan Rogue Premium. The service we received (both times) was impeccable from the sales person (Jose used with both vehicles) to the service manager to finance. There is no pressure with sales and everyone is very knowledgeable. They truly make you feel like VIP when you work with them. If you ever need a great salesman, I highly encourage you and recommend that you reach out to Jose (tell him Julie & Tim sent you. :)). He is an upstanding young man, tells you the honest truth, no hidden agenda and treats you like family. He even remembered us (from purchasing in 2018) when we called and left a message to contact us back and addressed us immediately by our first names and asked how we are still enjoying our 370Z Nismo. He never pressures you at all. The experience we have had with Jose is truly the reason we keep returning. Thank you to Tammy (finance) for being quick and thorough and also not pressuring with extra packages but still providing the options and information so we were well educated. Thank you John for fixing our warranty to reflect our purchased date. That was something that we thought was a non-fixable thing and couldn't be done however, you did it! Again, amazing service. I was looking for a new car and nervous to purchase as I am new to Edmonton. My family and I met Vick and he was so down to earth and made the experience very easy. We found the perfect vehicle for our family. We also met Jason who made financing the vehicle really easy to understand. We will definitely be back to do business with both of them in the future and if you are looking to have a professional, positive experience purchasing a vehicle I would highly recommend their service.

I wasnt even looking for a new truck but matt in sales got me in the door to look at a 2018 titan xd platinum reserve. Beauty of a truck and i was hesitant on it because it had a recall on the engine. I was now a hard sell but went forward trusting that it would be done right. Jason in finance was great when i had some concerns. He was able to find the right bank and look into my concerns and break everything down to make sense. The truck had to in the shop a few times for the warranty work and there was a miss comunication somewhere when i had no loaner to get to work. The service advisors and the girls in the glass room did a great job on trying to rectify this. Friday of canada long weekend i had a hiccup and didnt want to drive out of town. Chris in service got me in the door and put the tech Darren on it and fixed it fast to save my long weekend. For someone who was hesitant, i truely believe all the staff i dealt with at westend nissan are doing great job and i will be back! Keep it up!
