Had to talk to 3 different staff members to order a drink that is ON the regular menu with no modifications (the Caramel Apple Spice - a drink I order often in the cold months when I don't want caffeine). The first 2 had never heard" of it

Look like a new store, layout is good, staff is nice. Time for your drink a bit slower than other stores. The reason I gave 3 stars because when you allow people to sit down, one of your team member have to clean the tables, noone do that during my 1 hour sitting there. The bathroom is already dirty at 11 AM. I hope these things will improve for my next visit.

Châteauguay finally has a Starbucks! The staff is super friendly. They have never made a mistake with my orders. There are often long lines, so it’s not the best place to go if you’re in a rush. Indoor and outdoor seating are available. The space is very clean.

The place always has great atmosphere but unfortunately the service is on the slow side. We were in the drive through for over 30 minutes for our orders.I only hope my review helps for improving the service

The barista, April, is super nice here. Friendly for English and French. Clean, along with nice decor for Christmas and they have cute puppy photos of their customers on Polaroid.

It’s finally here! Tell your mom! Tell your dad! Tell some random guy on the street! Well maybe not. Very happy to have our very own Starbucks in town. The service is amazing!! Always friendly and super polite! Bilingual service is always appreciated and the staff goes out of their way to make your coffee dreams come true. I also want to thank the crew at Starbucks Châteauguay for going out of their way to give our pup London his very first pupachino**very LGBTQ friendly!!**

Extremely clean and well laid out inside. Exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks.The servers were great - very friendly and easily switched between French and English customers without issue or complaint.My only point for improvement would be relocating the dumpsters at the entrance (first impressions) and cutting back the street side tree which blocks the view to the signage on the road side.

It’s ok.Staffs friendly but service isn’t great. I’ll order a regular coffee and end up waiting twice as long as the guy next to me with his Frappuccino order. If I order an americano on the menu there’s a 50/50 chance I’ll get a regular americano. Sometimes I’m left wondering if they know the drink recipes because they’ll put syrup in my drink but no milk or foam or whatever makes the drink what it’s meant to be.I’ll keep going because I’m a Starbucks Stan but if there was a better location available, I’d opt for there

All services are good. But I wonder why you wouldn't let customers order on the app and then come pick it up within 5-10 minutes. Sometimes I'm too busy so I'll ask someone to come pick it up, it would be nice to have that service.
