From start to finish Jay Lesky and his team was prompt, on point, professional and always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. In an industry of realtors it seems never answer or get back to you I always trusted the Pay It Forward Team and we have used them for 3 transactions already. I’ve recommended them to my friends and family who were also mutually impressed. Referring friends and family is sometimes stressful as if it’s a not good experience we as the person that has referred them look bad. I remember a long time ago looking at my facebook and seeing how many people I knew that were in real estate. I wondered what I’d ever do if I decided to sell my home. How many people I may offend. Although only for a showing as my agent was out of town the staff at pay it forward realty really made us feel great! They are very nice, punctual and responsive.Would recommend them in the future.EDIT: in response to owners question, in my world it is hard to get a 5 star rating rarely are people perfect, I only had a short encounter when dealing with your brokerage as it was just one showing but from that short encounter I would 100% recommend your office. In all fairness we did not go through the whole offer process :)

We just sold my mother in law's house in August, thanks MacKenzie Cole and Jay Lesky! They provided the best service and worked very efficiently.After we signed with Pay It Forward as our selling agent, they got our house ready just in three days and put it on the market. We had some big furniture in the basement, Jay brought a trailer coming with MacKenzie, they moved the furniture out from the basement and also took to the thrift shop. MacKenzie was always there when we needed him, and he kept good communication with us during the whole process.They did a great job with a video that attracted lots of buyers.We highly recommend Pay It Forward if you are looking for a good real estate agent, and we believe MacKenzie and Jay will continue to provide the excellent service.

Jay and Mack did an amazing job helping us purchase our new dream home at a desirable price. We listed in a tough market which was very unknown to all as change was driven by interest rates. Jay never gave up on us or the final goal of selling our property even when we started to lose faith. He was transparent, supportive and sat at our kitchen table on occasion to have tough conversations request by us. Jay shared our emotions the day we placed the “she gawn” sign on our property.
