I received a phone call from TPS a couple of weeks ago as I was trying to get a leak from my balcony repaired. Someone from TPS did come the very next day to check it out. They were helpful in identifying the issue. They mentioned that they would come back the next day to get it fixed. They didn’t show up. I called many times and finally they called apologizing. They couldn’t make it that say so they said they would come on Friday. They never showed up even after I called them many many times. I am quite disappointed as i really thought that my balcony would get repaired.

My mothers property was being neglected by a different contractor. She was getting the run around because the property was not “ big enough” to maintain. I was given this new contractors number by a neighbour who had only good things to say about them. I called the number and spoke to point of contact of Nick. I explained to him that the property was not big in size. Let’s just say I had 3 contractors at my mothers premises within 24 hours and they cut snd left the premises clean and my mother very happy. This is my first time ever filling out a review and am doing so on my mothers behalf as she was left speechless with the customer service. 5 stars!!!

I had a great experience with Toronto property solutions. They were professional, prices were extremely reasonable and most importantly prompt.I needed my roof fixed after a powerful storm rolled in and knocked off some of the shingling. Couldn't have asked for a better job.

Bill just left my place this morning. He showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and honest. I had an issue with my roof which he helped address on the spot. While he was up there he even fixed up a few loose shingles (without us even asking!). I'll be contacting him in spring for a general roof maintenance. I'd recommend this company!

We hired TPS to replace our flat roof and do some water proofing. They did a great job. They were prompt, friendly and were very considerate to our neighbors. We would definitely hire them again! Thanks TPS!!

We had TPS clean up our backyard and install new sod after a renovation last summer that destroyed our yard. They were able to start the work quickly, for a competitive price, and because they brought 4 guys, they finished in a few hours what would have taken us a few days! Would recommend!

Toronto Property Solutions waterproofed my house and installed a sump pump in my wet basement. They arrived with all the equipment and people to start and finish the job efficiently over a few days. They used all the latest waterproofing materials. When they finished they did an excellent job cleaning up; with 3 young children that was very important to me.Its been 1 year with many storms and not 1 drop of water in my basement!Definitely recommend.Peter

I hired TPS to clean up my garden. To say that I was satisfied would be a huge understatement. These guys are real pros, the amount of complements I've recieved from my neighbors and people just walking by has been overwealming. The other day I had a family ask me if they can take pictures in my garden. I love the Job TPS did for me & my family. Nick was a joy to deal with from the beginning of our project until the end. The TPS team showed up on time and looked great in their uniform. Great reliable and affordable company. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. We have been using them for landscaping/snow removal for the last 3 years and are very happy with the work they do.
