Burton's Appliance Repair

Went to shop because broiler not working on oven. Very patient with me as I explained the troubleshooting I did. Gave me a suggestion on a repair I could do myself which I followed and fixed my oven. That’s the kind of attitude that demonstrates professionalism. Thank you

Had a problem with an appliance. Burton's fixed the machine in no time and saved me having to buy a new one. They know their stuff, are courteous and professional.

Excellent customer service. They tested my old oven element first to be sure it was actually burned out and then quickly found a replacement at a reasonable price. They even disposed of the burned out element for me.

Poor quality of service, poor communication and gives off a very untrusting vibe. Called on Friday and they said they would have the part ready by monday for my appliance. When I got there on Monday they had no recollection of this and blamed a coworker for the incorrect information given.

I'm stunned as to how this extremely poor excuse for an appliance repair company managed to get a rating as high as it is on Google, they must have friends and family fluffing the rating for themselves.The owners of this company are bar far has the rudest and most unprofessional customer service my family has ever dealt with. Turning down clientele because they're too lazy to drive out of town, forgetting to show up to scheduled appointments, then lashing out at thier customers who question it, and turning down repair calls because they don't feel like chasing work offered to other repair services before they received the call".Burton's Appliance should be avoided at all costs

Great service from this business. Owner, Bob Seaward, has great knowledge and experience in appliance repair.

Walked into the repair shop thinking I was going to need a new fridge and stove. Explained what was happening with the stove and he knew right away what was wrong. Explained the fridge issue and again he had a really good idea what the issue was. Came home, had the stove fixed in minutes. Have now ordered a part for the fridge. Should have that fixed by next weekend. All cost me $70.00. This shop is fantastic and so knowledgeable in their field! Be smart and contact them for all your appliance repairs!

Still waiting for service.Did good work for us a couple years ago so I hope they will come soon.
