Friendly staff, the mechanics at their garage did a great job to complete all the required maintenance within the 30 days warranty period. Car has been running great since. I have purchased their overhaul maintenance package, and they replaced many used parts with new ones before delivering the car.

I will never purchase a vehicle from this outfit after a salesman insulted my intelligence by stating his boss would offer $300. for my 05 Lexus RX330 on a trade in over the phone, without even taking a look at it. Autoclic missed out on a sale for a SUV I was interested in if the trade in quote over the phone wasn't ridiculous.In response to Autoclic:Response from the owner? Yan is a salesman & most likely not the owner. Plain & simple, I am not interested in communicating with Autoclic.

Great experience, large auto parc with diverse brands and great quality. Yan was very patince with us, he helped us pick the right car for us. He went above and beyond to help us. Jessica was great, and very helpful, providing help with the financing file and all the information we needed. We went all the way from Gatineau to buy a car from them and they were very professional, accommodating, and patient. Totally recommend them.

I bought a pickup truck from here a few months ago. When I saw the truck it was in good condition. There were a bunch of Minor issues. I paid for it on the spot and was promised that all the minor issues would be fixed by my delivery date. I didn't get this in writing and I thought about that after I had left. But they followed through. All was good.A week later I had another minor issue. I sent a message to Maxim Jean, my sales person. 48 hours later the truck was fixed and it's been great since. After sales service was great. I usually try and stay away from used car dealers but my impression of autoclic was positive. They seem legit. Thank you Maxim Jean for your service.
