Nice and modern boutique spa hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We ended up there more or less by accident and didn't know what to expect. The photos were nice, but they can be misleading sometimes. Not this place, though, it didn't disappoint at all.Facilities are clean and modern, our entire stay was great. We really enjoyed spa facilities (sauna, steam room, hot tub, relaxation room, small pool) and they are not that far from what one may find at La Scandinave for example. Yes, the area is small, but there were very few people so we almost felt like having a private bathing experience. Plus their selection of massage therapies is superb and is priced very reasonably. Be sure to book ahead on these as they are popular not just with the hotel guests, but locals as well.On downsides: the breakfast, that is brought to you room if you request one, is on a lean side - juice, croissant, couple of waffles, yogurt and fruits. For $12.50 per person it felt a bit undersized. However, if you are not in a hurry there is a really great breakfast place just one minute from the hotel - 8e Merveille.Spa closing time is 9pm during a week (10pm on a weekend). 9pm was a bit early to our liking. And there is no cold water reservoir, just a shower and cold waterfall that didn't work due to very cold weather. Also the tiles in the pool and spa can be very slippery.Overall it was a satisfying experience.

The spa is good ( it could be a little bit warmer), good service and we recommend the massage. The room 6 is stunningly beautiful. The included breakfast is a little bit small. The whole hotel and spa is really clean an calm.

Beautiful place; staff very nice and helpful. But for the price we pay you'd expect breakfast included but it isn't. And the bed was not comfortable at all. We hardly slept because of it. Really disappointed. Going home not relaxed at all. Hot tub pool sauna was very nice though.

Very bad costumer relations, expensive and don't even give a chance to rebook a clients even though we are telling the truth that we had to cancel our stay cause we had a contact to a COVID-19 person and so we don't stay. They don't have a heart ,they just want a money, inconsiderate company

Beautiful room and friendly staff. Stairs and 2nd floor walkway was not maintained after snow. My husband slipped and fell on the stairs, icy and snow covered. Nice Keurig machine in room, comes with 2 cups per day. We had to pay $2 for 2 more. I was disappointed with that considering we are paying $1000 for our stay. Breakfast IS NOT included in the room charge. It costs another $12.50. The website eluded to breakfast being part of the stay. The room, the bathroom and bed all clean and comfortable.

This patch of paradise is close to everything you need in Saint Donat - including two great ski hills. The rooms are always clean and have a beautiful decor. The spa is perfect and has everything you need for a wonderful après ski relaxation session. Highly recommend!
